For years I have only worn reading glasses and my eye exam with Dr. Choi was fine my glasses prescription was not. Dr Chui had recommended prism lens of which I had never heard. I was fitted for the glasses but when I picked them up the lens seemed off, I was told it might take some time to get used to them. I returned a month later since I could not see well with the glasses, I was told they would be changed. Two weeks later I picked up the glasses still not happy with the vision. To be able to see properly I had to hold my head at an unnatural angle, I gave up..a waste of three hundred dollars which is a lot for a senior on a fixed income. I am now happily reading again with my drug store 2.5 glasses.

The support staff was very efficient and I appreciated the fact that I did not have to drive into SanAntonio for either the preparatory exams ( Boerne) or the surgeries ( Kerrville).
Dr Offutt did a great job keeping me informed of what was happening during the cataract surgeries relieving any anxiety I might otherwise have had. And the results are much better than I expected.

I was a new patient, came 30 minutes early to do the paperwork, then after waiting for an hour and seeing them call two patients who had appointment times scheduled AFTER mine (at this point it was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time), I asked and it seems they somehow skipped me and would need to reschedule... after I had been waiting there for an hour. I was on my lunch break from work and had even had to get my boss to extend my lunch for that day. Extremely unprofessional and clearly disorganized.

My mom has been going here for many years and has always had incredible doctors and experiences. This most recent visit I was especially touched by the extra time and care that Dr. Chui gave her due to a special circumstance. The nurse and support staff were also extremely understanding and accommodating. These kind, patient moments with medical teams are so very appreciated. It's a real gift they give to their patients to make these experiences not only smooth, but so pleasant as well! My mom had a great time. :)

From check-in to final release, I received professional service from all the staff. I felt that my eye care was getting the most medically proficient service possible. All delivered in a friendly manner. Met a new staff member, Catherine, who carried on a conversation with me while quickly and calmly completing her measurements on my eyes. She fits right in with this office. I cannot say enough about Dr. Brunin and the years he has spent monitoring my eye health. Many thanks to all of you!

Both lovely humans at the front desk area were extremely kind and helpful as I was a new patient in this facility, they even came outside to make sure I was at the right place when I called a bit confused on where I was supposed to be! The person who led me to the back and did part of my eye exam was also very helpful and informative! They made me feel comfortable and I was fairly nervous as this was my first time here. My eye doctor Mr. Nicolas was patient with me, kind, and phenomenally informative, I loved going here, they made a nerve wracking exam so much more easy and laid back. I had a great experience here. I'm convinced I can't go anywhere else from here forward!

Excellent care by Dr. Brunin as he is very professional and knowledgeable. I am disappointed in his staff this time as 2 of them were not friendly and one did not know or understand the equipment used for testing and had to repeat the testing several times. I was also left to sit in an area without being told how long or why I was to wait or even what I was waiting for. Several people walked by me without even acknowledging I was waiting. I have been coming to Eye Associates for many years, even before Dr. Rashid and this time sadly I was treated so disappointingly.
