I had a very delightful visit. It was surprisingly unexpected. Debbie was extraordinary in her customer service. She promptly greeted me. Took my prescription, then helped me pick a pair of glasses that complimented my face shape. I had just been at Target Optical and didn't receive such help there after browsing over their frame selection. Highly recommend giving these employees your money. Unfortunately Walmart vision ships their frames and lenses to a second party distributor so I'll be waiting for my new glasses to come in instead of having them now. But that's pretty much expected with as a Walmart shopper, their prices are low for a reason and I appreciate being able to pick a nice frame with out spending over my monthly rental cost.

The glasses I bought here were perfect. I bought another pair at another place and the lenses were not measured properly to my eyes and also did not match my perscription. I think the people that work here are experienced, exacting, and take their time. It does take time. I like to try on all the great styles on offer while I wait. Quality takes time and I appreciate quality, especially when I wear and look through them all day every day.

I've been here twice and had superb service. The eye exam cost about one tenth what you'd pay down the street, and really, how difficult is an eye exam? I got rid of my vision insurance from work because it was far less expensive to pay out of pocket at Walmart. Note that you don't have to buy your glasses here, you can just get the eye exam and use your prescription anywhere you want, including online.
