Horrible customer service. Got an email at 9:52am telling me to reschedule a 10:00am appointment that same day, too bad I was in the car on the way there or I would have known that before I insisted that I had an appointment. This didn't matter at all to the receptionist, or any of the doctors standing around, who said I could wait an hour and a half or come back in a week. Not going back...

Customer service and experience was great. Hours of service need to update they where not open when most often when it is says they should be. So they often do not answer the phone or are not in the office when needed.
