Came here on time for a scheduled appointment for an eye exam, the receptionist was too incompetent to read insurance information and input it incorrectly, the whole inconvenience took so long that the doctor was unable to see us. Would NOT recommend going here if your looking for a professional, competent customer service.

I went to pickup my glasses to use via computer for work, however they not only gave me the wrong type of glasses (for reading instead of ones I asked for) the women helping me was passive aggressive when I tried to explain they made the wrong ones. We went back and forth an I ended up just deciding to get my refund back. Furthermore, since I used my insurance to help pay partly for my glasses they informed me I needed 14 days for my refund. I ended up calling my insurance and after having some trouble contacting the women that I spoked to I was able to get my refund and be able to use my insurance again to find glasses elsewhere.

Warning: Don't order Ray-Ban Meta lenses or glasses through America's Best. They send your order to China, and you'll often wait around 4 weeks just for them to get the glasses back before you can actually pick them up.

The manger Yesenia is extremely rude makes the entire experience extremely difficult and unwelcoming. First and last time we will be going to this location.

I recently got glasses in the Harlingen location Very good people there, well respected and well explained everything so kind! I thought it would be the same in Brownsville WRONG! I set up an appointment for my mom so she could get her glasses and she went to the appointment but oh my they did not explain to her anything at all! When she asks the questions the people talked stupid to her! Like they didn't know what their job was! My mom paid over 500$ FOR 2 pairs ! And she didn't even add a lot of things to the glasses and she got the basic frames! $500 I didn't even pay that much and that's because my eyes are far worse than hers! They over charged her and were very rude to her! Usually the employer will help the customer out and see what fits them best or what they could afford! Not just throw everything in the account and not even explain one thing! Like how much it would be if you add one thing to the glasses or two nothing! Waste of my mother's time! Talked on the phone with a lady and she was rude as well! Didn't want to explain to me what it is they charged my mom. Like if they're hiding something. This will be the last time she will ever go there! I'll go back again to Harlingen where they gave me better service than this store And I know for a fact it's the manger in charged Who does poorly of her job!

The girls are so helpful, from the receptionist to the tech, Very knowledgeable and just all around good people, it was a pleasure doing business with them and would definitely recommend them to others

Super recommend this place. Fast service and Dr.Pena is nice and always remembers me. I try to go every year to renew my prescription. The girls are very helpful when choosing my glasses. Yesenia helped me pick out the correct size of glasses for me. They carry a good selection of extended fit glasses. Will be coming back next year.
