They need get better at cleaning and hygiene in this location. Smells weird, we are talking about a doctor office. Second; they do not confirm the appointment the day before through text or call. And last but not least: I waited for my appointment for 30 minutes and nobody came to help. Respectfully I let them know that I am leaving since my appointment was 40 minutes ago

Terrible Optical, staff is never out on the sales floor and when they do decide to grace you with their presence, they are rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you the glasses. This is the second time we have gone to try and get a specific frame and it is like pulling teeth. Save yourself the trouble and find another optical.

Making an Appt 2 weeks before and getting there too be told the insurance they have on file is inactive and telling them why not tell us before getting there wasting our time on going. We do have an insurance but there out of network. Please make sure you all ask if you all are good too go before getting there very unprofessional, with no care in the world.
