My visit here was fantastic! The process was smooth from setting up my appointment over the phone to sitting in the chair and getting my correct prescription down. I generally feel nervous going to clinics and doctor's offices but here the staff was very comforting and polite! The tech that brought me in made sure I had all my questions answered and made my visit quick and easy! She did great explaining what each test was for and guided me to finding the perfect prescription. I found it very comforting and anxiety free. Highly recommend visiting for all your vision needs!

If you like waiting and wasting hours this is place for you I had an appointment and was 2nd to arrive tell me why the 3rd to arrive gets called before with same time appointment and waiting 2+ hour for a routine eye exam

They dont even deserve 1 star, the lobby is so dirty, little space amd over booked, there was people standing. Everyone looked frustrated because they had been waiting a long time. Theres noone at the front desk, i had an appointment and had to wait over an hour and still wasnt called. The restroom was discusting! I canceled my appointment and left! Never coming back!

Wait time is ridiculous!! 3 hours for a routine eye exam. Time to start looking for another place because they obviously overbook.

Excellent service! Staff are very helpful and professional!! The tech who took me in explained in detail what each test was for. Was able to get the correct prescription without any issues. Everything from setting up an appointment to every test that was needed, went by super smooth. 100% will be back for any future eye exams!

Waited for a while which is okay because we did show up early. Before starting the exam the assistant took us in the room while her and coworker were laughing outside of the room for a couple minutes, i understand you gotta have fun at work otherwise it can be miserable. She came in and apologized then in the middle of her sentence got her phone and responded to a message on her phone then put it down and then finished her sentence. The doctor doesn't perform the glasses prescription check, the assistants do and when she was setting it up for my son, he couldn't see the letters because she was leaving the lenses half way so he couldn't determine which letters he was supposed to read because they were distorted by the 2 different lenses . I kept seeing her adjust them little bit at a time while he was reading the letters so it confused him even more. He still wasn't getting the right letters so she would just enlarge them. She then stated she was going to dilate his pupils so the doctor could see the back of his eye. He is 11 and we have never had this done with other eye exams so I was caught off guard. When i asked if that was typical for a standard eye exam her response was it's an eye exam this is what is done, it's up to you if you dont want to. I wanted an explanation as to why this was needed because it had never been done before and if so, why the other doctors hadnt done it previously. Then we were put in another waiting room but i didnt feel confident that once we get the glasses that his vision would improve. The front staff was nice and helpful. Office is clean and new. I just feel like the doctor should be involved in the exam when trying to determine a prescription.
