The visit went very well , they are all very friendly and polite, every visit has been satisfactory Thank you to the Dr's and staff

Been seeing the eye experts for more then one year,, lots of injections to both eyes,but doctors are very RUDE they thougt i dont speak english just cause i decided to get a translator. So when i had questions they answer saying IM THE EXPERT HERE IF HES DOESNOT ACCEPT WHAT I RECOMEND HE CAN GO SEE SOMEONE ELSE and i said hey im just trying to better understand the procedures or my condition,and again they said TELL THEM I HAVE 30 +YEARS OF EXPERIENCE,, so i decided to not say a word cause i was going thru a dificult time in my life health wise,,but then dr sudarshan sent me to weslaco and same with dr Athea same words same rudeness he performed a laser procedure that it was painful to me he minimized what i was feeling and told me to STAY PUT AND BOT TO MOVE OR I WAS GONNA LOSE MY EYE i told them several times i was feeling everything and he said the same words. IM YHE EXPERT I DO THIS ON A DAILY BASIS FOR 30 YEARS ETC ETC ,SO I DECIDEDNOT TO GO BACK EVER NEVER NEVER NEVER,.IM SORRY I DIDN LEAVE THE FIRST TIME,,,,, BAD EXPERIENCE

After 3 visits I started to suspect that that they were not treating my injury correctly they said that my eyes were just dried, so I went to another doctor just to find out my cornea had moved and it was permanently scarred, so operating most likely hurt more than help, I was told that if this had been diagnosed sooner we could have operated without a problem, but it took them almost a month and half just to tell me that my iris was inflamed and my eyes were only dry. This is unethical and unprofessional; they just want to charge you and waste your time with "follow-up appointments." The doctors are too old to continue practicing.

I dont recommend this place if you have diabetes. Both of my eyes needed laser and they decided to do laser until 1 eye went bad. They had plenty of time to save both. Now iam stuck with an eye i cant see through and being pushed into a surgery that they dont know if it will help because they no nothing about Diabetes. Ask questions and response will be same as they advise people with no health issues.

Shoutout to Gaby for helping me obtain my authorization for my scheduled appointment.. an old lady I believe is named Elizabeth can be very confusing and doesn't seem to know much of what she's trying explaining... but over all thank you gaby, my visit went surprisingly well

I had an appointment and Gaby Costilla was so kind and very patient to explain my medical benefits with a lot of detail not even the billing department explain with such detail

Highly recommended eye doctor from the moment I walked in I received the best customer service from gabby she was incredible and took the time to assist me and answered all of my questions and concerns I had during my appointment
