I went here earlier today to get some cheaper glasses with my girlfriend and we had such a wonderful time! The ladies there were so sweet and informative, we will definitely be coming back!! And to Evelyn and the other lady (sorry we didn't get your name), we promised that we would share the gift I made for Valentine's Day and here it is, thank you for being such a joy!

It's a pretty busy place that's for sure it takes about an hour and a half to get help. The glasses quality I guess is okay not bad... One pair my glasses were not made correctly so I had to return them. They did refund my money. Another pair that I have is heavy on my nose where it leaves a little indenture on the top of my nose. They do do the prescription correctly, Overall I would just say an average store with average quality and average customer service.

In the past, I had a poor experience at the Waxahachie location. Here at the Burleson location, the people were so friendly, patient, and helpful! Laura is the associate that checked me out. She answered all my questions and made sure that everything was right with the glasses and they are the best quality. Here customer service was wonderful and will be requesting her as my associate when I return!

Heather was very informative took all the time necessary to show me the best deals on obtaining my prescriptions. I would highly recommend anyone coming in to purchase new eyewear. I saved lots of money because she took the time to help me find the best deals and the best frames for my eyewear. It was a great experience and I will definitely return.

When my father visited this office to inquire about an eye exam and glasses, he requested the most affordable option and was quoted $145 by the lady at the front desk.At the time, I was speaking with him on the phone and knew the price was she gave was incorrect because i have been there and i was online looking at the website. Following his visit to there, 5 min later I called the office and confirmed that the cheapest eye exam indeed costs $95. Then i pointed out the pricing discrepancy to the representative I told her she told my dad a diff price. I was met with laughter despite explaining that I had overheard her quoting my father the higher price. I stressed that exploiting elderly individuals is deplorable and unethical, and representatives should be mindful of their conduct when dealing with seniors. I do think she was trying to take advantage of my dad. I dont appreciate people like this. Its very sad. With this being said please becareful and pay attention to the prices on their website. Don't get taken advantage of. This upsets me very much.

5 Stars 100%! Amazing service! Evelyn and Piper both went above and beyond to help me with my payment options. Piper even stayed late to help, despite having plans where ice cream was involved. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend

My experiences here have been getting worse and worse. I'm going to a different location from now on. The lady helping me kept insisting on me using my full benefit and to spend more. I told her no like 6 times. She also didn't explain it very well.

Went here expecting a great experience picking out new glasses but I received the exact opposite. Everything went fine except for the eye exam itself which the machine to read the letters was seemed dirty. So now my perception is off and can't comfortably wear my new glasses. In the office I told the lady doing my exam my concern, she did wipe it off at the end, but that was at the end of the eye exam and that is it.. lastly while picking out my glasses the woman "helping" me pick glasses to me seemed like she was criticizing what glasses I wanted, telling me they wouldn't be good for my face and that they are too big. I understand she's just doing her job but I feel as if there's a better way to help someone pick glasses for themselves. Not coming here in the future.
