Had a walk in appointment and my wait time was minimal. The staff was incredibly pleasant and extremely helpful. They were courteous and polite. Answered all my questions and didn't rush my appointment. Dr. Schaale was extremely thorough and very pleasant and personable. I had her undivided attention the entire time. She even indulged me and went back over my retina scan and explained everything completely. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!!!

I was a little pessimistic when I entered the office. The waiting area was clean, but small an a little plain
. However, the front office staff was friendly and professional. The testing equipment was nice and very modern. The exam room was spacious. I really liked Dr. Schaale. She was personable, professional and thorough. I can't wait to get my new prescription filled. I will go back again next year!

Amazing service! I was trimming trees and got a piece of wood in my eyes. I waked into this office 30 minutes after that happened and they got me right back and got the piece out of my eye. Instant relief. They are professional, caring and I highly recommend!

The staff here is awesome! I worked with Jessica to get the preliminary testing done. She was thorough and clear with her instructions (I definitely needed that) and she was very kind.
I was checked in by Angela, who was very attentive & knowledgeable. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she was very helpful throughout the process and even took the time to walk me over to the where frames section where I could finish out my visit!
Lastly, Dr. Schaale was excellent! She walked me through the testing process with patience and helped me to fully understand what was going on with my eyes. She's exceptional at what she does! You won't be sorry if you visit this location!

As soon as you walk in the door everyone was super friendly and made me feel like I've been there a dozen times. Love love love the ladies in the front. The doctor was wonderful also she takes her time and talks to you and addresses your every concern.love loved her as well. It was the best experience I've ever had going to an eye doctor.

The doctor was great and very comfortable to talk with. Angela was so kind and helpful with me. Angela even made conversation with my 7yr old during our wait. They made the experience great!
