SCAMERS! Read all the fine print before your exam. I called days before my scheduled appointment to ask if they accepted my insurance. I was told I would only have to pay a $10 co-pay. I get there complete exam with less than friendly staff, sent over to try on glasses with a really pleasant gentleman who gave me my total for the day which ended up being over $100 dollars. I was charged for a fancy life exam on my eyes that I didn't ask for but apparently is hidden in email. Then charged a crazy amount to be fitted for contacts when I have normally paid less for a complete visit with no vision insurance at a different location. I thought I would support the area instead of driving out North. I wouldn't recommend this facility for any exam. However they do have a great selection of designer frames. Nice and clean mask required, just overpriced and not worth it.

The staff here is top notch. Been here many times and moved 1 hour away tried a local eye doctor and it was not what I was used to. They were nice but we're trying to just charge me whatever they price was without doing a proper insurance check. I drove 1 hour back to cedar hill eye care and it was well worth it!! They double checked my insurance and the nice lady that sets up the order told me 2 separate times that she was going to check again cause she wanted me to get the best deal. This place is awesome!! Thanks doctor O./ staff!!

The service is horrible. I use to use them years ago but, since I went for my anual check out this year, everything has been changed. You are not going to see your doctor but who ever is available . I spend 3.5 hours to see any doctor. The second time 1.5 hours and they were attending their friends first. I decided to leave because the place is worst than a charity office you are going to be attended what ever, when ever. And it's no free. I'm sure they take big money from my insurace.They don't have any respect for the patients. What is te mean of set up appointment?. I will find another place.

Todays visit was a really great overall experience. The technology at your office and your knowledge/expertise was really impressive. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall patient care from the second I walked in the door, all the way to my final exit.

My first visit here. Intake personnel were great. Dr. Obana walked in with no greeting other than acknowledging I knew where the trash can was. No " good morning, my name is..." or "what brought you in today?". I was there to replace my broken glasses. He proceeded with the exam very nonchalantly and hurried. He began to explain the images of a diabetic eye (which I am aware of). I could appreciate that but he never asked if these issues had been addressed (which they have with previous doctors). To me there were no changes in the images. He suggested not getting eyewear until these issues had been addressed. He suggested I get with my doctor to change my medication. He did not write a script for my dry eye. I excused myself from the visit. His tone and demeanor was not welcoming at all. I will not be returning to this facility. I made the staff aware on my exit.

Do not go here!!!!! $500.00 for exam and 6 month contact lens supply WITH insurance. They are a complete rip off. Sad part is I've been going there for 15 years and this has never been the case before. Dr. Foster has let crooks take over his business. STAY AWAY. I needed PD to order glasses and they wanted to charge for that. Really! After $500.00.

Dr. Obana was great! We were visiting from out of state and were in dire need of eye services. Thank goodness we found Dr. Obana, because truly, he was a godsend! He truly went out of his way not only to make sure I was taken cared of, but my entire family. Highly recommend!
