If you care about customer service, choose another doctor. This man, Dr. Petikun has a problem is you address concern or have a simple question that he should be answering. My granddaughter went to him and this man read the screen for her, I never heard the results of the test, and when asked about the prescription he shoved it in my hand and was fast talking me you know the " Hurry up and buy", type. Do yourself a favor and LISTEN, avoid.

amazing doctor who for sure knows what hes doing! i haven't been here since i was a kid but the doctor pulled up my past charts and knew exactly what to do and immediately knew which lenses would work best for me and was so nice and comforting and i didn't even realize the appointment only took 10 minutes! will start coming back here again!

I actually thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Petikun. He specifically was nice, thorough, and communicated very well with me during my appointment. I actually can say after years of private practice services, that was one of my best eye doctor experiences because he did not rush me out the door and made sure my new contacts were just right before I left. Also I was a walk in and was only there about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

My 18-year-old daughter left in tears after she was in the room alone with Dr. Petikun and he treated her extremely inappropriately. She is at an age where she is launching into adulthood and a vision appointment should be a very basic introduction to solo healthcare experiences. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the need for controlling others in such a private setting. Do not recommend this optometrist AT ALL!

I did a walk in on a Saturday. The wait time wasn't so bad. I don't know if the person who completed the eye test was new because had I not been wearing glasses for over 20 years I would have been upset nothing was explained to me. His first fluke was telling me I needed to take out my contacts for the test...um I'm clearly wearing glasses but that was no biggie he just miss spoke I guess. The test where you look at the barn, he told me to look at a specific color and when I looked it was different (nothing wrong with my eyes). Then he had me move to the puffer and fail to tell me air would come out (but again I expected it) which you should let people know. Also my first name isn't common however my last name definitely is. Rule of thumb say the name you definitely can pronounce (but of course there is always exceptions because some people do have extremely difficult names). As for the optometrist, he was nice. The exam was quick however he did change my Rx from what my normal optometrist wrote so hopefully it won't be a big deal (sucks I can't use any glasses from last year, but it happens). I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the young guy's constant flukes.

I`ve been going to Dr. Petikun for over 10 yrs. He is an excellent optometrist. Having extreme astigmatism I`ve worn glasses since a small child and have always wanted contact lenses. At 50, Dr. Petikun got familiar with my vision and was able to get me into a perfect contacts lens prescription. If its busy, it make take a minute to be seen, however he takes time to make sure you`re getting the best prescription for your vision and money. He`s a very kind man, his assistant is very nice but his receptionist is very dry. Dr. Petikun is definitely worth the wait and the visit.

Dr. Petikun is very thorough, kind, and gentle. He has been my eye care provider for many years. Highly recommend!

I came here with my son only to find out one of the machines is down. In addition to that, the front desk receptionist tried to collect the full amount for the visit. I informed her they collected the insurance info via phone yesterday she replied. She was very dry and matter of fact. I will not be back because of the service.
