Great provider (Dr. Sathiamoorthi), great nurses/assistants!
But their billing department leaves a lot to wish for.
They charge you ahead of time for their services, before billing insurance, even though we've never taken longer than 24 hours to pay any medical bills in full after receiving a bill. Charging ahead of time greatly complicates our accounting, for taxes, for HSA, etc. They should wait for insurance to issue EOBs before they charge patients.
Also, by charging patients ahead of service, they are no longer incentivized to submit claims in a timely manner.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Gelonick and the staff of the eye center in Cedar Park! We have been going there a few years and everyone is always so friendly and kind. Specifically, however, Dr. Gelonick is so patient and professional and knows how to talk to both parents and children about their eye conditions. My daughter really struggles emotionally with her vision problems and Dr. Gelonick is able to talk to her in such a respectful and understanding way that we both really appreciate. I would recommend her to anyone needing a pediatric ophthalmologist!

I love Dr. Maier and the whole Dell Children's Ophthalmology team. Both of my kids see her and I couldn't be happier. She takes the time to make the kids feel comfortable and explains everything she's doing and looking for. Our whole family looks forward to our visits with Dr. Maier because it's always such a good experience. As a pediatrician and a mom a highly recommend Dr. Maier!

We absolutely love Dr. Maier. My son is 2.5 and has been seeing her since he was around 1. She is so great with him and he does so well. She always answers our questions in a way we understand. The only downside is the wait time when you arrive.

Dr. Hoang and her staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly and very caring and considerate and very thoughtful and very kind to me when I went to see them last Thursday morning for my strabismus and fourth nerve eye syndrome that Dr. Hoang diagnosed me with. She said that I was going to have to have surgery to correct my strabismus and that her surgery scheduler would be calling me to schedule me for surgery sometime within the next week. I have yet to receive a call from the surgery scheduler and I am having bad headaches from this strabismus so I'm hoping that she can get the surgery scheduled and done ASAP.
