Cataract Eye Center

My son and I were scheduled 30 minutes apart. When I got called back,we were asked if we just wanted to go together. We said that was fine because they were busy. After that,we were put in a room,waiting. As we waited,a girl came by and put a red flag on the door. The doctor walked by a little later and removed the flag. After more waiting,the girl returned and put up another red flag.This time,I looked at it-it said "Next".About 10 minutes later, doctor walked by again,looked at the flag,then turned around and went to the room across from us-no flag and hadn't been there near as long.There was also a note on the door that made it seem like my son and I refused to be separated. Never going back!!!

My mother has had an awful experience at this place! I would highly NOT recommend it. Our first appointment the two girls at the front desk were talking about my mom after they took my mom back. They didn't know that I was there in the waiting room. Then, today my mom went in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk spoke to my mom in such a condescendingly way. I have never seen people treated this way. I will not be taking my mom back to this place.

Took a friendlier to get a patch of her eye as yesterday she had the cataract surgery I had it done 3 years ago it's no biggie anyway she had a 4:00 appointment I'm still sitting in the car at 5:24 still waiting for her which is totally ridiculous so I don't know what they do in there and why are they booked so many appointments that they can't take of the patients they have

My last 4 appointments were great,. Awesome doctor and associates I am extremely pleased with my service here. I had to recommend my mother here. She loved the service she received so much she says it was her eye doctor 1st &she recommended me. She knows a lot of people here in town and keeps up with people. She's been so happy here she lets every one know. I'm due to check in again soon hope they can fix me up again. My lens fell out of my glasses while adjusting my mirror on my semi truck and gone. I'm going to need a new lens on the glasses I just got a month ago.

Nice folks, just a warning about bifocal lens, they do not warn you with these glasses you can no longer use your peripheral vision. Dead center to see clearly turn your whole head to see clearly, cut your eyes left or right and you can't see jack. Very dangerous for driving.

Was not really happy with my last appointment waited about an hour ( I arrived 30 minutes early) and it seemed to take forever this time I had to have my eyes dilated (not a pleasant experience for me) when I left the clinic I was not given anything to use to shield my eyes from the sunlight, I used my sunglasses, but they were of no help. For the remainder of the day I had trouble with my vision could not read, I was a little worried that this was permanent, but the next morning my vision was cleared and I could see as always. I do not intend on going back to this place.

Staff was friendly and personable. Doctor who preformed my eye exam was warm, friendly, and funny. Service was fast and quality as expected.
