Cleburne Eye Clinic

Unless you have all day to wait don't make an appointment! Waited over 30 mins and still never got called back when I went and asked how much longer I was told we were next. Then they called someone else back. Asked again and was told it'd be a few more mins. I left. I don't have time to be waiting after making an appointment for them to not care about my time! Might as well make it no appointment needed just walk in and wait. Definitely will never be back. Horrible customer service.

Let me tell you about Cleburne Eye Clinic. Let me start with the restrooms and get that out of the way. You can almost tell the cleanliness of a facility by the cleanliness of the restroom. The restrooms are a 10 with cleanliness and supplies. Moving on...The front desk staff was very professional and courteous in their dealings with patients. The technicians are very thorough and know how to take care of business. My eye doctor was professional and friendly and handsome and informed me of any and all issues dealing with my old eyes. He did frighten me with some of the news but that's just something I'll have to take to The Lord in prayer and hope things don't progress further. Did I mention he was handsome? Also, Ramona is AWESOME!!! You need to ask for her when you go.

It was our first time visiting Cleburne Eye Clinic, they made my husband and I feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff were very friendly, professional and Dr Bullard exceptional! My husband can be a hard to deal with patient at times so for him to say he'll be back is really saying a lot! I would definitely recommend Cleburne Eye Clinic to any of my friends and family

Don't go here unless you have the entire day open. My appointment was at 9:40am and I was finally able to see the doctor at 11am. Not sure how anyone can get that far behind, that early in the morning. I made the mistake of leaving without my glasses Rx, & when I called to ask them to email it to me, they told me I had to go back there and sign for it in person. Their frames are way overpriced as well. $500 for plain plastic frames? Hard pass. I'll have to go back up there for my Rx, but once I have it, I'll NEVER go back.

Dr Karl Wedel has retired and has been my doctor for 40 plus years. I was apprehensive about seeing a new doctor. I was seen by Dr. Traci Kuykendall and was very pleased. She was thorough and extremely nice. My visit took less than an hour from start to finish and everyone was very friendly.

I've been going to this clinic for a few years. The doctors and staff are great, and overall service is solid. But I've had ongoing problems with contact lens orders--you charge my insurance, yet I never receive the lenses. You really need to follow up with people when it comes to contacts. Because of the contact issues, I decided to skip contacts this year. On a separate occasion, both my glasses and my husband's were not made correctly, though I'm now working with Tammie to get that fixed. It's a good clinic in many ways, but you really need to improve the accuracy and follow-up with contact orders. (I wrote Maria on the survey but the correct name is Tammie. She is great at her job!)

We had the absolute worst experience at Cleburne Eye. I ordered my daughter's glasses on 8/27 and was told they would arrive on or before 9/11. On 9/15, I called to check on them and was told they had to be reordered because the doctor wrote her prescription wrong, but I was assured they would arrive within the week. On 9/21, I still hadn't received the glasses, so I called and spoke to Walt, who told me he had the frame in his hand and they were going to the lab. He said they would be ready for pickup by Friday and that my daughter would receive an extra pair of glasses for our inconvenience. Finally, on 10/1, we picked up her glasses, but they weren't the ones we ordered. I let Walt know that we had actually ordered a pair of Oakleys, and these weren't Oakleys. He argued with me and told me that we had ordered the ones he had ready for pickup. I showed him the picture of the Oakleys we ordered, which he had drawn on the day we ordered them. His response was, 'Well, I remember what you ordered.' At this point, I was tired of arguing and took the pair that was ready, but I told him I would like the Oakleys as our 'free' pair. I also told him that the pair he claimed we ordered was too big for my daughter's face. He refused to adjust them further, saying they fit fine. Once our Oakleys arrived, I spoke with a Hispanic lady about our experience with Walt and let her know that the glasses we received on 10/1 were too big for my daughter. I asked to speak to a manager, but a black lady walked by and said, 'Do you have another problem?' I responded, 'Yes, the glasses we didn't order but received are too big.' She argued with me in the middle of the lobby, in front of several other customers, and told the Hispanic lady not to call the manager over. Very unprofessional of her, but again I was tired of arguing, so I allowed her to fix my daughter's too-big glasses. I will be taking my family of five elsewhere after years of being at Cleburne Eye due to our most recent experience here

Absolutely worst customer service. I will say doctor was good and nice everything else the worst. I always had to follow up with them several times a day when they said they would call back they never did. Contacts took almost a mth In half to get in and even then I had to follow up every week or 2 to check if they had received them, I called 1 day and they had received them a day or 2 before and no call. Definitely will not be going there again.
