While the Drs at the Berkeley eye center seem skilled and nice, the office staff cannot seem to successfully schedule a surgery. On top of that they don't bother to let you know it was cancelled until you get there, and find out your not on the list. If you're a heavy person, don't waste your time at the Berkeley eye center... They tried twice to set a cataract surgery date, failed to get the job done, and never bothered to call, and give us a heads up on the situation. They called to make sure we would be there..... Don't be late... Zero stars Amanda...... At Cleveland.... You suck at your job.
