Mann Eye Institute

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over five years, so - I made an apointment, went in, the folks at the front desk took care of me and I didn't have a long wait until the clinicians/doctors were able to see me. Overall the experience was painless and fast (which was an absolute boon for me, considering I had to head bck to work afterward). While I was waiting for my appointment time (I showed up a little early), I watched the staff take care of, not only me, but treat the others who came in like very dear friends. There are so many ways a doctor's office can care for their patients, and I just feel like these folks are getting it all right.

I've been going here for years but today was the worst experience ever. The receptionist was not that friendly and made my family feel uncomfortable. The assistant initially made it seem like I needed a reason to be there other than an annual exam. I was then given contacts from a brand I don't use because they were out of stock. I feel I should I have been given a rain check but I was so ready to get out of there, I just left. I will never go there again if Dr. Hunt is not in the office.

Very polite, confident and reassuring staff.They are prepared to answer your questions and explain procedures clearly. They want you to be well informed and understand before making such decisions. I highly recommend them.

I have never experienced such a professional and caring eye center like Mann Eye Institute in Cleveland, TX. From the receptionists Sandy & Damaris to my Tech Bobbie they were so awesome and so kind. Bobbie even had me look at the black spot in my eye on the computer screen. Bobbie made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my exam. Dr Hunt is probably one of the most professional and kindest people I've ever met. She explained everything I needed to know and what to expect when I go to my surgical appointment. Dr Hunt and her team treated me like I was part of the team, this office totally rocks. I will highly recommend anyone who seeks out eye care to Dr Hunt and her awesome team. I love this place.

Well we went in about 3wks ago the ladies on the vision exam side were great and very friendly. Now the side where you choose your frame was a different story, she wasn't very friendly, I felt rushed like she didnt want to deal with me, I picked out a frame and she took it to the back so I continued to look at frames I seen a diff pair I liked and she walks in and stands with a look of "irritated, frustration" and she asked "did you want to change them. I said no, im fine, she said are you sure. So fast forward to 3wks, today I called to ask if my glasses were in and I was told yes. I ask when did they come in because No One has called to advise me that they were in per Ginger (thats the name the office receptionist gave me) she didnt know the date, of course im upset, no call in 3wks. Per Ginger she did call I advised her " if you did give me a call I wouldn't be calling now to see if they were ready" she goes on to say she did call and text I asked Again what date did they come in, she didnt know. Not Surprised at all. Im not sure what her deal was from the 1st appt maybe my sk!n tone but I will Never go there again.

Dr. Hunt was very prompt to take care of my husbands need. After a day surgery he unexpected had eye issues from being sedated. She was excellent to administer the help he needed to over come the pain of eye being exposed during the procedure. Thank you Dr Hunt and entire staff.

All who staff the Cleveland Mann Eye Institute are so very professional and courteous. They work to achieve the best results possible for their patients

Very nice experience. Dr. Hunt and eye exam lady (forget her name) were all so sweet and .et my needs for new eye wear.
