Simply Eyes

The best team of optometrists in North Texas. My family has been coming to Simply Eyes for more than a decade. So it was a no brainer that I would choose Drs. Bui and Pham for my first pair of glasses. The office is pristine, with friendly, attentive staff, and delivers a premium level of service and experience. My exam was thorough and in-depth; I walked away knowledgeable about my needs and confident in my choice of eyewear. They are simply the best.

Simply Eyes is a nice place with nice people and Dr. Bui was excellent. I went for an eye exam and she was very professional and easy to work with. One thing I really appreciated is that she did not think I needed to do the extra exams which my insurance doesn't pay for. She saved me $90.

Dr. Bui is very professional and thorough and has answered all my questions regarding cataracts and glaucoma. I have been a patient for 2 years. The office staff is also very professional and personable. Monica in particular has also very good customer service and verified my medicare advantage with United Healthcare as acceptable. I appreciate her thoroughness and promptness with this.

For the past few years I was traveling back to my hometown for my annual vision exam. I searched and searched for a new home and I do believe I've finally found it. The staff is very polite, professional and accommodating. The office space is very clean, well lit with modern technology. Now for my favorite part... Dr. Pham. He performed my exam and my visit was absolutely wonderful. He listened to my concerns, asked what has worked/hasn't worked for me in the past; my favorite brand of contacts as well as what I was hoping to achieve. He then offered his professional opinion and suggestions. I thoroughly appreciated this approach as my eyes are now at a stage where I'm needing to correct both near and farsighted vision (but not ready for reading glasses or bifocals, lol). Thank you Dr. Pham and Simply Eyes staff for a Simply fantastic experience, until next year. P.S. I also found really good Vietnamese coffee next door, winning X 2!!

I love this place!! Everything is smooth! The women at the front desk are friendly and professional! Dr. Pham is great! Answered all of my questions! Their selection of glasses is also impressive!!

Absolutely love these guys. Staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Pham was no nonsense, very polite, and knew exactly what I needed (& I have a complicated prescription with multi focus contacts, etc). The atmosphere is enjoyable, the office is clean, and the eyewear selection is extensive. Thank you for a great experience all around! Did I mention expedient? I felt as if they cared about my schedule.

I have been seeing ;-) Dr. Bui for five years and absolutely love everything about this medical office. From the moment you step into the updated open-concept, professional office setting, the staff greets you and is extremely friendly while remaining professional. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from and there is no high pressure sales going on ... they are reasonably priced. Dr. Bui is the best and I would highly recommend her and Simply Eyes for your next optometry appointment.

Great experience. Great Doctor. Dr. Bui was very personable. I didn't feel like a number on her checklist.
