America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Came in got a prescription, the lady who helped me with frames named Charleen basically bullied me with her coworker and we're making inside jokes to themselves giggling while not letting me in on the joke after basically fear mongering me trying to get me to buy the extra 100 dollar thinner lenses when I've never had a problem with the regular lenses before, I go to pick up my frames and it's the same woman behind the counter. She adjusts my glasses and noticed she was taking a long time with that pair but not the other pair I had ordered. She put them in the bag and when I get home I look at the glasses and the lense was not only popped out of place there's a noticeable broken chip in my frames from her adjusting them. I call to ask for a new pair to be made as I literally haven't even had them in my possession for an hour and they say I have to come back to the store, I call again to ask if there's a way to have them reordered because I don't have the means to drive back up there 4 times total, and they say I have to come back up because on top of that the frames that I had JUST picked out two weeks ago that the woman broke were discontinued???? It's been two weeks since I picked these frames??? Update: went back and spoke to the manager who never once said sorry for the experience or letting me leave without saying that they broke my lenses, they proceeded to stare me down outside the building as we drove away. DO NOT go here the entire staff this time around is absolutely horrific.

I'm only giving a star because I have to, but I just got a second pair trying to give this place a chance but so far, it's been very disappointing I have paid too much money and not get for what I paid for. My second pair on eyeglasses that are supposed to be transition are far from it I have called the store I went to and here it begins they ask that I bring them so they can put them on their LED light to see if they are transition, when clearly there is no comparison to sunlight, I hope they come through and not disappoint like the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When calling to schedule I thankfully had the opportunity of scheduling with the Manager herself. Ms. Tyquea - she was so helpful with my extenuating circumstances and was able to get my niece in fast, so pleasant and truly a blessing overall in our situation. Once arriving Elizabeth completed her pretest and was so nice and helpful and explaining every step to me. We saw Dr. Jolviettte - again, a breath of fresh air, customer service centered from every angle. We checked out with Kashena who was so helpful with helping us decide on frames and ordering. I would recommend all of my family and friends here for any corrective lenses or contact needs. I was a little nervous because personally, I have never needed anything other than a routine eye exam but this team checked every box and with a smile. I appreciate you all so much.

I've been going to this location for about 3 years now and have always had a great experience. I get my glasses from here each year! This year I got my order in and upon trying them on they were not balanced. No matter how much heat they just were not fitting right. The manager (I think she was) tried to fit them and instead of continuing to try she ordered me a new one and made sure to note that they balance at the lab before sending them. She even offered to let me take the others with me if needed. I spend a good chunk of money on my glasses so I'm thankful they want people to leave happy with their purchase

I had such a wonderful experience ! The staff was super friendly and specially Kashena, they made sure I found the perfect glasses for me. The service was quick and professional, and me and my whole family of (5) left feeling confident and happy with my new frames. Highly recommend

Taquea provided excellent service! She efficiently helped me get set up with my glasses and made the checkout process seamless. She was attentive to my needs and very helpful. I highly recommend Taquea for her great customer service!

Horrible service by specifically by Carina, she was so unprofessional, her phone was so inappropriate with a naked baby charm and was disturbing to see while she attended clients especially me. I ordered contacts and she was not helpful at all. When she had to reorder them , she told me that I would receive a call to stop by for them. My glasses had broken completely and I held them with super glue and were completely ruined but she didn't even offer an alternative to obtain cheaper or temporary glasses or contacts, she was very dismissive. I never received a phone call and stopped by a week later to ask when my contacts reorder would arrive and I was being attended by another employee she saw me and interrupted her coworker to "take over" and while her coworker was reviewing the order status she said I could have just called instead. I said that I stopped by because she never told me when my contacts reorder would arrive, she said in two weeks. I asked her if there was date specifically and she said "two weeks from the last date you were here" I could have received a simple response of a date, since I am not the one behind the computer in the system of the actual store but she didn't and she was acting dismissive, I would like to note that the first time I took time off work to stop by and went straight off of work to check there in person and the store wasn't that busy at the time that I went the second time. The third time I went in for my contacts was the day of the "two weeks from the last date" and I got during my lunch break since my glasses kept breaking despite being held by glue and the lenses were popping off, they are very crooked and chipped. I go in the third time because I didn't receive a phone call from them despite what she, Carina, told me last time. I am speaking to the other front desk lady about my contacts and Carina as soon as she spots me comes over to interrupt again and say that they haven't arrived. She calls after I leave and informs me she never reordered them and she just did and would call me. Never calls. When they do arrive I had questions about my contacts prescription and she didn't even bother trying to ask another employee for help with my questions, and just said "I don't know" as I mentioned beforehand, this specific employee is very dismissive. Very disappointed in her treatment and lack of insight, very unhelpful. Worst eye care experience I have ever received. There was too much details I would like to include as well but it seems I would exceed the word limit here. Good luck to everyone else and I hope that yall have a better experience than mine. My glasses were not in such a bad shape in the beginning and had I received my contacts when I was supposed, I wouldn't have struggled so much with my daily life with the broken glasses.
