I love Dr wilson, been seeing him for me & my family for several years. But one member of his staff is extremely rude. We had an appointment for my daughter, follow up for her contacts. She accidently lost one. When we went in, we were told by "rude" staff member we did not have appt, we could not be seen, And no we could not another sample pair until we could be seen, it would be 2 more weeks from now. I told her that was rude and unacceptable, she told us we could leave. Yes I was angry, my daughter was late to work & she is a first time wearer. She needs her other contact to know if they will work. Yet... Here we are, No contacts, no follow up appointment, no prescription I need to speak with the Dr. Or the friendly elderly lady that scheduled our appointment the 1st time. She was sweet & helped my daughter the first visit. Not sure if we will come back, once we finally get her prescription. After all they've charged our insurance , plus the out of pocket has been paid in full.!!!

I really don't understand any bad reviews. Probably competitors. I've visited 3 times and Dr Wilson is great. My appointment was at 12. I came 10 minutes early. I got a thorough exam and great treatment and was finished by 12:20, which was perfect. I was able to get an eye exam and eat lunch during my lunch break. I highly recommend. They accept many different insurance types.

So my husband is a new contact patient today was supplied onky 1 week, but no RX and follow up 2 Weeks later due to vacation. As a contact user it is just wrong to have a new user wear them for 6 days, go without them for 8 days and have to start all over getting his eyes adjusted again! Not to mention the receptionist is so very rude!

Wait 7 days to get follow up on contact lens prescription. Told him I was happy with the prescription. Still changed it then wants me to do another follow up instead of just giving me the original prescription. Now I have to live with the wrong prescription for 6 months. Been wearing contacts for over 30 years and this has to be the absolute worst place I've ever been. Be careful

Wow I can see again thanks to dr Delgado she is awesome and very informative and take great care of her patients she makes sure to get to the bottom of the problem .... She take her time I love it and will be back

Love Dr. Wilson, but his office staff is horrible. I have been trying to get my husband in to see Dr. Wilson and every time they say I don't have any dependents on my insurance when I do. When I call my insurance company and ask what the problem is, they tell me they will have to call the retail service center to verify. The ladies said we can't call to verify benefits, we can only do online verification. Pure laziness.

My son had his vision test done today and he loved how friendly dr. Wilson was. I was happy because it only costs $78 for glasses prescription. Definitely would recommend this place.
