My husband and I have seen Dr. Flanagan for annual contacts/glasses exams for the past 2 years and are pleased with our service here. The receptionist is friendly and efficient for scheduling and when we came in for appointment, she had my previous medical history and forms all ready for me to update. Dr. Flanagan is probably the most knowledgeable, thorough and personable optometrist I've seen in my 16 years of wearing glasses/contacts. She also had helpful recommendations, answered all my questions, gave trial contact pairs and coupons for products she recommended. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible service, office hours are not consistent, she seems to cater to a certain few . I will never spend another dime into these type places were im not respected as a customer.

Been using Dr Flanagan for years up until today. She no longer has a receptionist and is trying to do everything herself. First, she could not locate records and made me fill out all the paperwork again. Next she tells me that they need to call my insurance company for authorization but she "doesn't do that."Very rude and didn't care about losing a client of 10 years.

Dr. Flanagan is very knowledgeable and kind. There's never a long wait. I and my family have been seeing her for years.

Brought my mother to this doctor. From the get go rudeness all around. I will NEVER bring mom to this doctor again. I'm a doctor myself, and I have never witnessed such attitude from a healthcare professional. I guess a college degree does not equate to having manners and consideration with elderly patients.

I should have read the reviews before bringing my child here. She was rude and disrespectful. She yelled at me. Said this is her practice. She can do what she wants. Heed the warnings of the reviews.

Dr will not provide nor give you a PD distance measurement. $85 for exam.

Setting the appointment was easy and the girls in the office are very professional. Dr. Flanagan is awesome. She very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She discovered I've been wearing the wrong prescription for a year! I am so happy to be able to see clearly again. She will definitely be my optometrist from now on!
