Waited until I arrived to tell me my insurance was out-of-network. When I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told I was called and my phone was out of service. Number on file would have been from over 10 years ago, however the forms I filed out to schedule said appointment asked for my phone number. Receptionist was rude upon arrival and was not at all apologetic almost blamed me for lack of communication. Do not recommend this location.

Front desk receptionist is not friendly at all. Felt unwelcomed and disappointed that my experience as a new client was less than pleasant due to her. Barely smiled, seemed like she really didn't want to be working there. Failed to notify me the cost of my visit until the end which differed to what my insurance coverage showed. I won't be back but honestly I don't think the staff cares all that much. Hopefully your experience is a lot better than mine.
