Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk! Very professional tech did the initial exam using the latest eye exam equipment, explaining each step of the tests. I was thrilled that when they ask you "which do you see better #1 or #2?" I could easily answer because the machine shows both on the same screen at the same time! After my initial eye exam, Dr. Strong took her time looking at my eyes. She listened to the several vision problems I have had since my cataract surgery 4 years ago and we came up with a conservative treatment plan that makes sense. So grateful! Finally, Cinthia cheerfully assisted me in understanding my options for glasses. Great service!

My eye exam was completed at the 290 location. They have high-tech equipment and a very nice selection of affordable eyeglasses. The staff and Dr. Knight were very thorough and patient with me due to my droopy eyelids. They took the time to examine me and make sure I would receive the best prescription. Staff also assisted me with finding a pair of eyeglasses that compliments the shape of my face and skin tone (which was very important to me). I was very impressed when picking up my new eyeglasses. I have been a patient of Dr. Strong at Strong Vision Center for over 18 years! I have always been treated with great skill, respect and patience. Her office staff and technicians are friendly and competent. The Center has up to date highly efficient technologies and vision equipment. I have been satisfied with all of my care and the super large selection of beautiful, stylish eyeglass frame choices.
If you go to their Facebook page now you will find out information about a special event Friday Feb 6 from 1-4. Special Coco Song eyeware show/event with drawings every 30 minutes and appointments to add "Fairy Hair". Sounds like lots of fun and the chance to view tons of new stylish, colorful eyeglass frames!

Probably the best experience I've had at the optometrist. I'm 49 years old and started wearing glasses in the 2nd grade so of course I've been at this for decades. Dr. Strong took great care of my needs and did not rush me at all. That's typically what has happened in the past. She showed me images of my eyes and explained in detail the mapping of them. My daughter is also a new patient here. Her employee Cinthia checked me out and was not pushy in getting me to buy new frames etc... for once I was not Nickle and dimed. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. My appointment lasted 1 hour and they did not make me wait when I arrived. Thank you for a great experience.

I ok'd the Optomap to be done during my son's eye exam and I'm so glad I did! The process was quick, comfortable, and completely painless. I loved being able to see such a detailed image of my son's eye right away.
The doctor explained the results clearly and showed me exactly what they were looking at, which made me feel informed and reassured about my son's eye health. It's amazing how much can be detected with this technology.
I highly recommend adding the Optomap to your exam -- it gave me extra peace of mind and made the visit even more thorough! Thank you Dr. Walker
