We love Dr. Beauchamp! We came to her after a terrible experience elsewhere and she was very patient with my 2 year old. She explained thing well and has been really helpful. I took a star away bc the front office staff has not been very friendly and on one occasion I had a question regarding my sons prescription and left a message with the nurse/assistant. When the nurse/assistant called me back she was super rude! Overall, my son gets great care from Dr. Beauchamp and have enjoyed our experience with her!

Worst costumer service. I called in to make an appointment for my daughter as they were referred by her pediatrician. I didn't catch the receptionist's name, but he was rude. The first thing he asked what insurance we had. Didn't even let me finish a sentence. When I provided him with insurance information, he didn't even bother to double check and see if they were in-network. He stated they weren't covered by them. At this point I was frustrated by the lack of empathy. The first call or first interaction is the face of the company.

My child was referred here by their pediatrician. The person on the phone who called me after receiving the referral was fairly unfriendly and short-of course I would prefer someone a little warmer, but that is not a huge deal. The main issue is that I provided our insurance and he refused to give me a price for the appointment saying it could be anywhere from $100-500 depending on what the doctor decides to do. I am very frustrated with the lack of transparency and we cannot see a doctor who will not give us a price to expect for an evaluation.

Very rude receptionist would not recommend. You are working with children be respectful. No price transparency when asked how much appointment would be. Horrible customer service don't take your babies here I don't trust this place.

was referred here... thankfully i had already found another place after i saw all the reviews. confirmed it again when i got a call about the referral and the guy was SO rude. would never take my babies here just on that alone.

Good doctors, just pray that you don't need an appointment quickly. If you call in April, you can't get an appointment until October. Also, don't bother leaving messages, they don't call you back.

Don't go here. As hard as it is to find pediatric ophthalmologist practice in Dallas, you're better off anywhere else. Front office is terrible and doctors have a similar attitude.

These people are. abhorrently terrible. Girl that I was trying to make an appointment with just flat out hung up on me. I guess they have tons of money to reject and be rude to potential patients.
