Front desk girls were the best!! Had an issue with an ID (Husband forgot to bring his ID) the good thing I scheduled us back to back, and they ended up making a compromise for him THANKFULLY! Definitely helped out a pregnant woman Below are their names much appreciated

So, I am new to this area, and I just happened to find this eye clinic, which just so happens to be only a short 4 minute drive away from where we just moved to. Monday was my first time at the All Care Eye Clinic:Ryan Schamerloh clinic in Dallas for my yearly eye exam in order to receive more contacts. First off, not only were the ladies working at the front desk EXTREMELY helpful with everything I needed to do, which helped tremendously. When meeting Dr. Ryan, who was more than welcoming and kind, but her went above and beyond to help when it came to working with my insurance to help me get the best price rate for my one-a-day contacts, which we all know are extremely expensive, even with vision insurance at times. However, they ALL helped work with me to come up with a few plans that they were able to do for me that was as close to my budget as possible. They truly worked hard to do what they could to make something work for me. SO, IN OTHER WORDS, A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO: Dr. Ryan, Diana, Xcaret, Giselle, and Norma for making my first appointment a great experience! Thank you so very much everyone!

Although it requires a considerable commute, the clinic's strategic location outweighs alternative options.Xcaret outstanding front desk expertise and compassionate demeanor ensure a warm reception. Diana, The clinic's technician proficiency is unmatched, and Dr. Elias gentle yet genuinely concerned approach fosters a calming atmosphere. The staff member I interacted with was rude and had a noticeable attitude, both in person and also over the phone yesterday idk who it was but honestly it's no way to talk to someone like that. It made the entire visit uncomfortable. No one deserves to be treated that way when they're coming in for an appointment or help with their vision. If you choose to work in a clinic, it's because you want to be in that role professionalism and courtesy are expected. Treating patients with respect should be the priority, not showing attitude. It's important to note that my experience with the doctor was completely positive, and I hope others don't let the staff's attitude make them assume the entire clinic is like that.

I want to give a big thank you to Juana, the clinic assistant, who stayed late to ensure my daughter learned how to properly apply her contacts. I drive from Arlington to Dallas because the service here is always exceptional. The staff is patient, caring, and truly goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience for my first time visit very grateful to walk in today and be helped the staff and the doctor were more than courteous and professional

Super Rude Front desk, Christian! We got there 30 minutes early and my mom forgot her insurance card even though she was referred here by her regular Dr. it seemed like she didn't want to help us look up the insurance.She told us "it was going to be hard for her to figure out the information". So we went back home to get it. She was very rude when we got back. They also asked us if we prefer Spanish but kept talking us in English. We felt it was very condescending. I appreciate if they would let us know if the cost but kept asking questions that she could look up. Ex: have you met your deductible? My mom is not sure and then she starts giving us examples of how much it could cost. And how it's expensive if it's not medical related. So I asked her can you please look it ? And it took her 2 seconds to find it. And my mom had met her deductible. So I don't understand what was the point of freaking her out with costs when all she had to do was look it up. My advice to you Christian, is to help your patients. And i get it some things aren't convenient for you. But be more solutions based and helpful. Your office was not busy so it's not like you were slammed with work. In the back, Elizabeth was very nice, amicable and helpful. That's the only reason I gave you all a higher rating.

Extremely caring and thorough practice. Attention to detain and true concern for the patient. The staff is pleasant to work with as well. Great place for glasses and contacts also. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Ryan Schamerloh he is terrific. Kid friendly practice as well!
