America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

On Friday , February 13 2026 I went to American best located on 2223, South Buckner Blvd upon arriving at American Best I was treated very well by everybody there. After getting my eye exam I was attended by Bianca and Cynthia two of the nicest young ladies, I have met in a while. They were kind and patient with me and walked me thru the different options I had once we went through my options. I realized if I wanted to get the anti.scratch and the insurance on my glasses. I could only afford 1 and honestly I was just gonna get the one pair and then cynthia said , don't worry about it , I will cover the difference , which was $ 70.00 of course , like any normal person , I was like , no , it's okay but she insisted and I am very grateful. So not only do I want to say thank you to Cynthia , but also to everybody who was kind and patient with me that day whoever said that friday , the 13 was bad luck is wrong!!!!

I was 4 minutes late for my appointment. I got a cancellation at 11:23 am on my phone. My appointment was at 11:20 am. They had already cancelled my appointment in 3 minutes. I already confirmed on my phone a few days ago and when she called me I told her I would be there as another confirmation. When I got there Priscilla was at the desk in unprofessionally laughing saying I couldn't be seen. She said she was joking. Cynthia was the one that cancelled my appointment scheduled. She tried to move my appointment to this afternoon when I had something else to do and I didn't do anything wrong. They did. She put two other people in front of me when I already had my appointment. She even said they have a 10 minute grace period which I was well within. They need to leave and go work somewhere else because they are very unprofessional. They make America's Best look bad. I've been coming here for about 10 years when they first opened. I used to go to another further away and they were professional. When I ordered a pair of trail contacts they gave them to someone else once and it took them 6 weeks to get them again. This place needs to be cleaned from unprofessional workers another lady name Destiny used to work there and she was very professional. I miss her professionalism and the way she took customers seriously. I try to patronage this location since it's closer than the one farther away so we will have one in our neighborhood

I had a Great experience at America's Best Eye Care on South Buckner Blvd in Dallas. Priscilla, the manager, was welcoming, professional, and answered all my questions. The front desk staff Cynthia, was warm and helpful as well. The office was clean, organized, and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend this location to family and friends

I had the worst experience with the Supervisor very unpleasant and unprofessional. There was an error made with my glasses they couldn't find the glasses l picked out the first time. So l had to go back to the store to get new glasses the young lady that lost my glasses helped me again she picked out some new glasses that looked like the first pair I picked out l really didn't like them l called the store to let them know look lm not happy with the second pair l would really like to take my time to look around. Talked to the Hispanic lady supervisor l explained to her the situation. She kept repeating to me you have to make sure this is what you want!!!!! 20-30 times in person and on the phone she didn't want to help me. Had l been Hispanic or Caucasian women she would have immediately helped but because lm African American women she felt like she had to prove a point. I decided to take my business elsewhere l will never go back to Americas best eyeglasses on Buckner Dallas tx 75217 very disappointed with her attitude towards me.

The customer service was super awesome. The exam and checkout process was super quick. Great customer service. Environment felt calm and welcoming. Definitely a great place to stop by and get your glasses and eyes checked out.

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. A special shoutout to Ashley--she went above and beyond! Not only did she check me out with such professionalism and warmth, but she also took the time to carefully walk me through my confusing insurance plan. She explained everything in a way that made sense and truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. It's rare to find this level of service these days, and I left feeling both relieved and grateful. If you're looking for an eye place, this is it!

My mom had appointment in the morning and I went with her just to translate for my mom. When we walked in this lovely woman Cynthia helped my mom. She didn't make mom dumb for not knowing English , she explained everything in Spanish to my mom. She also escorted my mom to the waiting area. 5 stars for the awesome lady Cynthia

Service was quick and easy, Cynthia and Magaly were very helpful and explained everything to me, and I had a lof questions . Definitely recommend, patient and sweet girls.
