America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I recently visited with Susana and Jessica on this past Wednesday morning! These ladies were great and very knowledgeable! They helped me to understand my newly purchased eye glasses. I highly recommended this location and if you stop remember these to exceptional women ! Thank you again ladies for your patience and willingness to educate!

Manager Jessica and assistant manager Mariah gave excellent service by accommodating me with ordering my glasses. Very helpful and knowledgeable will definitely be coming back!

Poor customer service...very disappointing. Reception area worker eating and drinking at the front desk. Appt wait time was long..attendant wasn't knowledgeable with the process and failed to ask me to take out my contacts had to redo exam. Had to wait 2 weeks for 1 trial pair that was mix mark and wrong prescription for my left eye. Didn't offer me to try on trial in store, no bag had to ask for one...very inattentive services ..chage me $40 extra for exam becausei wear contacts...dudntvstate this before..plus an eye exam is an exam whether you wear glasses or contact..they didnt do Anything different!.

Wow! Is really ALL I can say. As "Customer Service" isn't something you learn it's actually a gift. Which was beyond exemplified at the Wheatland location. I felt right at home and yet overwhelmed with the great experience I had starting from the phone call with Ms. Nicole, prior to my appointment as I was in desperate need of an exam.. and thought I would have to wait weeks before being seen. After we ended the phone call just minutes later I received a call right back saying: -(Nicole): Hey, Christopher.. you can come in tomorrow!!!. That's exactly what I did.. to be greeted and welcomed in by the whole team. Brianna - walked the wall with me going from frame to frame until I decided (myself-super indecisive) only 40 minutes until I made my final decision..LOL Very Patient and friendly No pressure at all.. I STRONGLY recommend THIS location to ANY & ALL seeking exceptional Customer Service! So go there and meet "tha Gwurllzz" Ms. Nicole & Brianna are ALL-STARS in my book. Tabbie is nice to.. I just picked up my Frames and she made sure that the fit was customed to my liking!! I'm giving you all your flowers now!

First time coming to this location and I had the best experience. Jade was awesome in the pre-test room. Dr. Le the sweetest and funniest eye doctor I have ever met. And Tabbie, you're the bomb. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the right price on my glasses. Thank you everyone for making this experience comfortable. I'll be coming back here for sure.

Susana & Mariah did a Wonderful job Helping Me find the contacts I needed an info. She was so helpful. Being in from out of town. This was my last resort or I was going to be blind for a few days lol she was wonderful! And I appreciate her good work! Need more like you lady's!

Brianna was very patient and caring and helpful! My first experience with America's Best and I'm excited to get my contacts! Clara was also amazing and really knowledgeable and helpful

This location is absolutely the BEST! The entire staff are 5 stars! From the reception area to the decision making process. The process was seamless and they were efficient, effective, and eye education driven. I learned so much about my eyes when I was there, that helped tremendously. Susana was a true gem and sealed the great experience I was already having! Thank you to everyone today!! I'll be back!
