America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The friendliness of the staff is great! First time getting contacts, and communication onerall about to process could be better. If you're making a contacts appointment for the first time, don't book an appointment towards the end of store hours. You only get 20 minutes to try them on and by the time I had my exam the doctor was on his way out for the evening. I was suggested to come back another time when the doctor would be around if I didn't want to be rushed. Not sure why appointments are allowed that late, so be advised. Currently trying to arrange the follow up appointment over the phone. Overall helpful staff, but feel the process can be more streamlined so you don't feel like you have to keep going back and forth.

Itzel was amazing and really helpful. I was hesitant on choosing a frame from here but she helped me pick a color that I am in love with. Also the doctor Bethany Barrett was sweet and good energy with my eye exam. Would honestly recommend this place to a friend or family. Good deal and honest practice here.

Hunter & Angela & Julie and the optometrist were all great at the Bachman location on northwest highway and Webb Chapel in big D - I bought two pair(s) of glasses and they even ordered me contacts to try before I buy - I've been to other America's Best locations but never had the personal touch and honesty that I received here . . .

I have been meaning to write a review about this establishment since a few years ago. I was treated well and I got good glasses from them, my vision was much improved. I will say this about their selection of glasses, if you are a man with a large head like me you may find that heir frames are a bit tight against your head. The ladies working there have always taken care of me when I bring them an old pair of glasses I need help straightening out. It's a good place overall.

I've been coming to this location for about 5 years now and they always have a great selection of frames making it hard to decide. My contact prescription has always seemed to be complicated but they've got it right here. Angela has provided me with great assistance and patience with filing on my insurance the last few years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the NWHwy location for your prescription lens needs.

Excellent service. Ana was delightful in assisting us. I went in to help my mother in law with questions she had on options it was giving to her for new prescription glasses but Ana went above a beyond answering and guiding us through the process.

This location was amazing! The service was very quick, informative, and friendly. My sales associate was Angela. She was very considerate and helpful with all of my needs during my visit. Great experience! Everyone was kind and friendly, everything was explained thoroughly. Also one of the few places that accepted my insurance!
