I had such a great experience at America's Best! The whole team was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. Bailey especially stood out--she was so kind and made the whole visit feel really easy and friendly. Dr. Vu and Katie were also amazing and very professional. Overall, everyone here goes above and beyond, and I really appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Second purchase from America's Best. Very happy with the first pair, even happier with the second. This time around, my sales associate Itzel, convinced me in adding the optional features like anti reflection, transition and poly carbonate lenses. It was money well spent. Definately recommend.

I had high hopes for America's Best since my sister got glasses here a few years ago when they had the 2-for-$65 deal. I originally went to the Wynnewood location, but the girl there said they don't take walk-ins, so I went out of my way to come to this location instead. I came for my annual vision exam, which my insurance covers for free, but I was charged $140. After "discounts," I paid about $50. My receipt said "repeat eye exam," which feels like a way to get around the insurance coverage. When I tried contacting my insurance for clarification, I couldn't reach a live representative. America's Best told me I could apply what I paid toward glasses, but when I returned, they refused to honor that and instead tried charging me $220 for two pairs of glasses -- even though my insurance covers one pair up to $150. The staff were friendly, but the experience overall felt misleading and untrustworthy. It comes off as a money grab rather than genuine care for customers. I won't be returning.

Worst experience of my life. Idk how they are a 4.7. I was more than annoyed with the MK glasses I got from there. The lens were thick as heck. I expressed disappointment when I picked up and the girl who saw me was annoyed and wanted me gone. She even had an attitude when she had to adjust the sides. Like it's not her job or something. I wish I got her name. Anyway I had the glasses for 6 months and wore them for 30 mins ONCE. I decided to call the Irving location and got the assistant mgr Michelle she asked me to come in and agreed the lens were not what anyone would like. I paid more to have them thinner. I showed my Versace glasses as an example before I submitted payment. I don't know why this was not understood. I digress. So Michelle offered me two options she could shave the lens down at no cost. (This apparently could have been an option BUT WAS NEVER OFFERED). Or for a small fee she would upgrade the lens. I happily accepted to pay for thinner lens. She let me know that the pupil height was off. So she had to manually remeasure that to make sure I was able to see better (I felt like I was looking through a fish bowl and light refracted horribly hurting my eyes). I did tell this location how the glasses felt weird. The girl did not care. But Michelle did in Irving. I spent over $400 that day in cockrill hill and previously had got my sons glasses from there too. I'll never ever come back here again. I felt bamboozled.

Great service all around from the doctors to Itzel, who helped me pick out a pair of glasses and was incredibly patient. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an eye exam and glasses.
