America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

On yesterday I stopped by this location and Iris who is very professional helped me with my glasses! Iris took the time to adjust, and tightened my glasses up just right with no hesitation! Also when I asked her to help me understand stand my prescription on my newly purchased glasses from another America Best location , she took the time to explain the prescription . Thank you Iris for making my day ! Now I can see much better!

The staff is pretty nice, warm, and friendly. Each time I have gone in, they've been pretty helpful. As far as the quality of the exam portion, I would have to say it's a bit off putting. I can tell they have quotas so it's probably no point in giving negative feedback. I definitely felt rushed to finish and I had more questions to ask but was a bit rushed by the doctor to wrap up...... I had other issues and concerns but she was already done writing up my script..... so needless to say I was over it and will probably just get my eyes corrected so I don't have to go through this for a long time.... My exam last year and this year were just so rushed.... Because who wants glasses they can't see out of Glasses selection is okay! I wish there were more options but I found some cute ones!! Please don't respond with your email like the other posts. We get it, you don't care lol

Wonderful service! I was having a hard time finding my vision discount plan but GM Monica was able to figure it out and was courteous enough to print out my plan for me. For my exam, I was seen by Dr. Lee, And he was wonderful as well. Great Communication on his part, I fully understand the change in my prescription and what to expect. And lastly, Patricia took care of my payment. Unfortunately, for her, I was very indecisive, but fortunately for me, she was very kind and patience.

The customer service is red carpet. The ladies were so nice, professional, and very polite. Due to my lunch hour I had to come back serval times and they were so very patient with me. One visit this extremely rude Karen type was being extremely rude and unreasonable. The ladies handled her with restraint, dignity, and respect. It was incredible to watch. I wanted to applaud them. This some of the best customer service I have ever seen and I've been in the industry for over 20 years.

Had the best customer service from Chao!! She was very polite and helpful. She fixed a missing screw on my eyeglasses. The wait time was less than 3 mins and it was a free repair! Also, bought a case that was on sale.

Monica is one of the most patient and kind people I've ever met! She's amazing, highly recommend seeing her!

A month of waiting and two one hour drives of dissatisfaction. When asked what I would use my glasses for, I stated i needed them for looking at my phone and computer. I added blue light, and used the current promotion; got the eye exam two pairs of glasses and added lenses to a pair of glasses I already owned. The glasses were far too strong when they arrived a week or so later. My eyes felt so exhausted the entire week of trying to allow them to adjust to the prescription. The screen bulged in like a distorted view like they were either cheap lenses or the wrong prescription. My eyes felt more comfortable straining without the glasses, rather than the struggle to get my eyes to adjust when removing them. When I went back for a refund the manager told me they gave me the wrong prescription because I would not be able to use the glasses on my computer. Instead of giving me a full refund like the website states, I was not refunded for the prescription and eye exam although it were a bundled promotion and I was not happy with the results. False advertisement

Leaving a raving review for such an amazing and quick process! 11:50 appointment on a SATURDAY and I got out 35 minutes later! Thanks Daisy and Dr. Currier! You two were great!
