America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Wow!, the experience i had on my visit to America's Best, (Wynnewood), was exceptional. I've been visiting this location, (Wynnewood), for about 10 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Simon is smart and thorough in her examination. And a very kind, and patient, and also thorough representative by the name of VALERIE! patiently helped me and answered every question and concern to get me the best deal possible. An A-1 visit. Thanks guys!

GM and Valeria need to get a grip of what their job is! they sold me a pair of glasses which i paid for and waited nearly a month just so they could say they didn't have them at all! yet i have the receipt, the "general manager" got LOUD AND RUDE on the phone and refused to help me, and hung up the call and turned off the phone during normal business hours!!! Hope you got the receipt pictures now Ms. General Joke of a "manager"

Writing this as I sit on hold indefinitely. I asked a simple yes or no question and she didn't sound too happy to check. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Good luck to everyone else. Edit: called back thinking maybe it's just me.. someone else answered, said yeah because we're kinda busy and placed me back on hold with no clue of what I asked for. However, Walmart simply answered my question.

The optometrist was very nice. Now the girl that checked us out Jackeline is her name very rude. Plus there was this other employee speaking on the phone with a patient and had the call on speaker which I think it's a violation of HIPPA.

Walked into the store a couple of weeks ago in a rude Hispanic woman with a pig ring in her nose was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager because my son's glasses were still under warranty, but before the manager came, the lady was telling me that there was bad note in the system come to find out it was a manager That Wrote What Little Notes there were in the system. My son's glasses are still under warranty and they're refusing to honor it. I've reached out to customer service. It's going on two weeks. I've called back about three times and they keep telling me they're gonna let the district manager know that he's gonna reach out to me and nothing. I will continue to call until I get my warranty for my money back

Did not greet me at the door when I walked in at all. No one assisted me. Once, someone of their culture walked in they greeted them. I will not give them my service period. I was only checking on my daughter to see if she was there. I'm Black of course so what's the dam problem!!! I would give them a zero if it was listed.... No customer service if you are not Latino!!! Smgdh!!!

Second time coming and like always multiple selection & speedy service. I made appointment for the next day and asked could they please take me as a walk in. They did

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being called in. The optometrist was thorough, explaining each step of the examination process as she went. She performed a variety of tests, including checking my vision, eye pressure, and the overall health of my eyes. I appreciated how she took the time to answer all my questions about my prescription and eye care in general. The entire visit felt well-organized and efficient, and I left feeling confident about my eye health. Jackie even recommended a few simple changes to help reduce eye strain, which I found really helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care.
