Dr. Stevenson has been my eye doctor for 30+ years and is as thorough and patient with me as ever. My wife Donna who hasn't worn prescription lenses before finally agreed to join me this year and was also very impressed with the exam process and the doctor's patience to get the best possible corrective outcome for her patients. Dr. Stevenson's office is always very professional and pleasant to do business with. She took plenty of time in filling my very particular lens needs. And when the lab had issues making my lenses, she went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied. I have since moved out of her area, but drive back for her expertise, professionalism and service. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stevenson and with her assistant! It was my first appt there and it couldn't have been better. Dr Stevenson was very professional and thorough but also friendly and kind. She explained everything she did and explained why she was doing it. Her assistant made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Stevenson was concerned with me because I presented several challenges to her dealing with the many anaphylactic allergies I have. On my visit, I tried different types of contact lenses that didn't seem to work for me (fitting well with my strange astigmatism as well as inserting them and removing them). She was incredibly helpful and determined to find a solution regarding my situation. She was so thorough examining my eyes, especially with the many different ways she examined them. She is a perfectionist, which is very important to me. Brenda, her office manager, is also a very valuable asset to Dr. Stevenson's practice. She worked diligently with me because of the difficulties I had with the different lenses I was trying. She was concerned about the frustration and the discomfort I was experiencing, yet stayed with me throughout the many attempts that I had made, and continued to encourage me until I was successful. Dr. Stevenson is easy to talk to and addressed my concerns. She listened to everything I had to say, and I noticed she took copious notes in her computer as I was speaking. She was extremely patient with me and was very encouraging about finding a solution that will work for me. I am very pleased and impressed with my experience I had with Dr. Stevenson, and will definitely recommend her to anyone who is in search of a true professional, one who is is caring and knowledgeable, and who is a competent and outstanding Therapeutic Optometrist.
