Excellent first experience from beginning to end.
Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Brian clearly explained to me what to expect (it's my 2nd time at any eye Dr).
When I arrived, the check-in process was easy and done on an iPad, again explained by Brian.
Sarah, the technician, helped me with the eye measurements, explaining what she was doing along the way and answering all my questions.
Finally, Dr Johnson saw me, addressed all my questions and made some recommendations. Never pushy, never rushed, never salesy and extremely pleasant to talk to. I definitely recommend her practice and plan on coming back.

I really wanted to enjoy Bespoke to support black business but I didn't have a great experience. I was fitted for contacts in late-October which were uncomfortable. The Dr. asked the assistant to reach out to me about the fit of the contacts before my 2 week trip out of the country. He did not and reached out while I was away. When I had time to reach out in early December, they said I have to pay another $90 just to try another pair of contacts. I am disappointed and expected a better customer service experience.

Honestly, the best conversation on my eye and contact health I've had. First time in my 30 + years of wearing glasses and contacts that I've had my prescription reduced. Dr. Johnson is outstanding! She truly takes the time to listen and get to know me as a person, which is a refreshing change from the typical, transactional experiences I've had elsewhere. Her knowledge and expertise are evident, and I felt confident in her care.

Dr. Tyah Johnson is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist, born and raised in Lubbock. Having worn glasses and contact lenses from a young age, she has always been interested in vision and eye health. While attending Texas Tech University, she worked in a private practice which inspired her to pursue a career as an Optometrist. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. During her studies, Dr. Johnson completed externships in ocular disease in Brooklyn, NY, contact lenses and dry eye in Austin, TX, pediatric and vision therapy in Springfield, MO and low vision in Wheaton, IL.
