Everyone in the office was super nice and attentive. The waiting room was super clean and organized, and the glasses displays were very well done. Dr. O'hare was great and gave me an accurate prescription. If you take your eye care needs here they will give you wonderful hospitality and effective service.

I visit blank vision center on Tuesday. The staff was great everyone was so helpful and polite. They all seem to really enjoyed their job. The doctor that's a different story. She was better than great. She was wonderful. I love how she went into details about everything. she was doing

Very pricey, bought frames in store they lost them. Had to wait. Bought contacts they messaged once, I didn't receive message... they show I received... no call or follow up until 7months later that they are going to send them back. No courtesy calls for the amount of money customers pay in there. Never going back. Even over charged and ended refunding me $100 out of the $1500 that's not even including contact price for my daughter 6months Spent nearly. $2k for me and my daughter our first and last visit. Price wasn't an issue if they had more courtesy to make sure customers were getting what they are paying for.

Great staff and Dr. Alexander is personable and explains things in layman terms. Highly recommended. I went to the location on Buckner and had high quality service

I brought my 6 year-old autistic son here for an eye exam, and the whole experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff was rude from the moment we walked in, and the male tech who helped us had absolutely no patience. He looked annoyed the entire time with my son, and didn't even try to make him feel comfortable. As a parent, it was really upsetting. We ended up leaving because it wasn't a supportive environment. If your child is neurodivergent, I would recommend going somewhere that actually understands and cares.

Don't waste your time here, it is a huge scam! The way they operate is if they find something completely unrelated to your eye exam it will be 200$ but IF they don't then the exam is 20$ with insurance. 20$ versus a potential 200$ is a huge scam and of course they're going to "FIND" something to charge you. Go somewhere else this place is only out to get your money!

I totally recommend Blink Vision Center. Dr. O'Hare went out and beyond to help me by collaborating with my other doctors to find answers to my condition and she explained all findings in a really comprehensive way. I'm grateful for all her help as well as her staff thanks to her knowledge I get to start a treatment.

The optometrist herself was wonderful, everything else was terrible. Aside from waiting over an hour and some change for an appointment that took all of 10 minutes, majority of the staff at the front desk were very dismissive and care free. Alot of pacing and grumpy looks, definitely not very welcoming.
