I'll begin by stating that I have no problem when people choose to continue wearing masks in this post-pandemic world. But I also expect others to honor my choice of not wearing one.
When I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I was immediately asked to wear a mask before being allowed to see the doctor or sit in the waiting room.
Given no other option, I did not feel comfortable with a doctor who didn't respect my right as a patient to make my own health choices. So I walked out and notified my primary care physician who apologized and stated he would no longer be referring his patients to the Pansick practice.

Dr Pansick has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. I find him the most thorough doctor I have had in my 60+ years. I find it most helpful that he is concerned about my overall health. I really only see well out of one eye so really need to keep the other eye in good condition. As a diabetic, he encourages me to watch my health for the sake of my eyes, too.
He has equipment that I have not seen in any other eye doctor's office that takes pictures of the condition of my eyes. He is always very pleasant and fast. I love that I can get in and out of his office in less than an hour and yet have the best of care. Thanks to Doctor Pansick.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pansick for 14 years, my Optometrist recommended him for a swollen optic verve and high eye pressures. Since then Dr. Pansick has been in charge of my Vision which has naturally degraded of the years, but the pre-Glaucoma and Nerve issue have been corrected, my eyes are healthier now then my first visit.
As to Dr. Pansicks demeanor and bed side manner, from the one comment, he is a busy driven man and tops in his field of study. He has always given me the answers and the time I needed so discount the low comment, can't please everyone, and read the meatier ones.
He is a great Doctor I am lucky to have been referred to him.

I was sent to Dr. Pansicks office as a referral patient. I was able to get in and see him right away. I had a case of shingles in my eye and he told me i needed to purchase a drop that ended up costing $400. I called back several times to ask for other options the receptionist Terry was very rude. She is very aggressive and appears to be very over protective of the Doctor. She is the reason I switched Dr.s and I am glad I did.
