I am saddened to leave this review because I have been coming here forever but my prescription was off on both glasses and contacts put my glasses through my insurance when I came back for new exams everything was smooth until I got to other side were the glasses are the lady Paola was just ruthless & heartless left me without glasses until they fix their mistake I would have to pay out of pocket for a new frame that I need due to a wrong prescription on their end! The doctors are both awesome never had any issues until today.

Very bad experience with the doctor my little sister was required by her school to have a vision test preformed and we went to Buckner vision and the front lady's where very polite it was when my sister when to the room with the doctor I guess she didn't want to do her job or idk but she told my mom if my sister listen and my mom was like yes she does listen so she told my mom that she couldn't find my sister eye like that's just very rude like if she don't want to do her job she should have told my mom o we cannot take your daughter. It was a really bad experience

I would give 0 stars if I could. My mother came here recently and the staff was horrendous They were charging my mother for glasses that were broken. Also the manager of this place is very rude and obnoxious. Pls fire this lady. She was insulting my mother and saying very mean things to her. 2 weeks so that 2 pairs of glasses aren't ready so we have to wait another week is absurd. Never come here. Don't waste ur time

Been coming here since I was a teen. I decided to make a change to a new office and I was surprised by the lack of service I have been provided all these years. This office used to be great. I have astigmatism in both eyes. I went to a new eye clinic closer to home and was given updated contacts and found out I have a different prescription on both eyes. For years I was paying this clinic for contacts that weren't even suited for my vision type. Same prescription on both eyes and absolutely no correction for my astigmatism. When I showed my new optometrist my contacts case she said I was on a very very old version of contacts. So many new and better ones on the market that I wasn't given an option to buy. I have been paying Buckner vision almost $30 per box for an item that wasn't even correct for me. Very disappointed. Will never be back here again. Check your options elsewhere before stepping foot in here.

We had the misfortune of getting referred to this Eye Clinic. Bad - Horrible - Unsympathetic Customer Service Took a month to get my glasses to me. They claimed to gave called but our line has been in service for 20 years! If the line was busy call back in 30 minutes! Simple! They did not order the right transition lenses and have the audacity to place blame on anyone else They do not take responsibility for mistakes they make and I very unhappy. We will never return and have to put this review so others are aware of the quality of services these people provide. We do not recommend This place. Take your insurance Take your time money and go elsewhere Naomi and Jessamin are both argumentative and speak over you Its annoying rude and they aren't helpful at all.

Very unprofessional I waited for 2 weeks when they said that my glasses would be ready in 7 to 10 days . So I called them and they said they were not ready still ! That the lens kept on popping out! And like I asked them why you didn't contact me and let me know that and how much longer it would take remind you that I have been a loyal customer for at least 14 years and now this is the service I receive bad business to me !!!!

Worst experience I've ever had from any doctors office, I would have given them 0 stars if I could have. I went in for an eye exam in hopes to order some new contacts, my trial pair comes in which is a cheap brand, I've never even heard of. The prescription is completely wrong I can't even see. And the receptionists tell me I can come in and pay for a whole new exam to get my prescription corrected. (Pay out of pocket being as I used my 1 free exam provided by insurance on them giving me the wrong prescription). She even admitted it may have been a mistake on the doctors end, but I will have to pay for another exam to correct their mistake. The staff is completely unprofessional, awful mannerisms. Their prices are cheap but so is their service. It's funny how everyone that has left a bad review for you all you reply with "sorry we would love to help but we are unable to find anyone under your name in our records". And then immediately following is a good review. Coincidence? Hardly. And no thank you there is nothing you can do for me. I've already taken my business else where, and I am much happier.
