This is the worst eye clinic I ever went. I was qaoted of $40 out of pocket for contact lense evaluation after asking me if i can send my eyeglasses prescription at target and my insurace infos. When i get there only tech is the one who did the evaluation for me and testing.After all that contacts teaching went at front that $40 became $170 on top of my insurance portion. I was even asked which doctor i would choose? Was a ghost . All i hear couple of times is apology of"sorry for misunderstood". $130 on top of my portion and $ insurance have to pay and $40 assestment before i get there ,they sure know how to play $$$. THIS CLINIC think we are just picking up money of the floor to give away.

Important Notice for Future Visitors: Having recently navigated this location, I can confirm that appearances--and GPS--can be deceiving. While the building fronts Gaston Avenue, the actual office entrance is situated on the backside. This distinction is critical because there is no convenient pedestrian route from the front to the rear of the building. To avoid unnecessary delays or confusion, I strongly recommend parking on the backside, where the true point of entry is located. Please note that most mapping services will direct you to the Gaston-facing front entrance, which is not the correct access point.

I just had the most frustrating experience with these doctors. We scheduled an appointment for my son to get contacts, showed up took the exam, talked to the doctor about which kinds of contacts we were going to get and then discussed scheduling an appointment to teach my son to properly put in his new contacts. A week later I take the prescription to get filled and it turns out that they gave us an eye glasses exam and an eyeglass prescription rather than a prescription for contacts. I called them and they said that we will need to pay $130 for another exam on top $120 we've already paid them. I've opted to find another eye doctor Again, this was super frustrating and ultimately just a huge waste of me and my family's time.

I have been going to Dallas Eyeworks for over a decade Dr. Meyer is thorough and personable. His staff create a comfortable environment and there is never any pressure to buy eyewear. I really enjoy my eye visit. I highly suggest Dallas Eyeworks for your vision needs.

Everyone at the office was SO nice. The office was updated and clean. I was also in and out very quickly, but still felt as if I wasn't rushed.

A friendly professional practice with friendly staff and a very broad selection of frames . Dr. Thanh Kim Dau listened carefully to my individual needs as a musician and gave me the best eye exam I have ever had . She prescribed me bifocals to be able to see the strings of my harp at both ends of the instrument, in addition to being able to read my music. My second pair of glasses also afford me a very sharp focus whether I am driving or reading . Would highly recommend this practice .

I feel like I'm at home, Dr. Meyer and the staff make me feel safe and I trust them. They are very patient and thorough. They take the time to explain things. It's a calm atmosphere which I appreciate. Thanks to all of you for your services.
