My eye doctor is better than your eye doctor:)) Dr. Mosbacher is a true example of how gamechanging having trust in your provider is. I rest assured in her expertise, having had a high prescription since childhood. She goes above and beyond for her patients, bringing home trial lenses for me to pick up after hours when I'm waiting for new ones. Highly recommend this amazing provider!

Dr. Diane Mosbacher has been my optometrist for over 35 years. She has always handled her practice with intention, insight, and integrity. My mother, Danua, and I are forever indebted to the love Dr. Mosbacher and her entire staff have shown us over the years. As long as she is in practice I will be a patient. We love you Dr. Mosbacher and wish you and the entire Accent Optical family and staff nothing but continued success! Thank you for everything!

Staff is friendly, eye exam went smooth and quick and everyone was helpful/knowledgeable. Rating this business three stars because I saw a previous review with the same issues I've encountered. I was estimated a week on my glasses to come in. A week and a half passed and I called and asked for an update and they said they would look into it and no one ever called me back. I just called again (on week 2 now) and was told it will be another week until they are ready. This was my first time in 10 years seeing an eye doctor and I am not impressed. I would be more understanding if I was updated with delays on my glasses, but I have not been contacted once on their behalf. I give the actual service a 5/5 but the follow up process has been not up to par.

Dr. Diane has been My Oldest Son EYE DOCTOR for almost 10 Years. She's SUPER INTELLIGENT, COMPASSIONATE, KIND and THOUGHTFUL when She's taking CARE of my SON. MY SON came Home as ALWAYS COMPLETELY Satisfied with His WONDERFUL, NEW EYEGLASSES tinted with PERFECTION!!! HER STAFF is Knowledgeable and ALWAYS Professional. I LOVE them ALL!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Diane Mosbacher for a very long time; she reminded me the last visit that I had been coming to her for 29 - 30 years. I thought, WOW I didn't realize it had been that long! She's an outstanding Optometrist and that's why I've been going to her for so long. The years have gone by and her level of care has not changed in all these years. Her and her "STAFF" at the "Downtown Dallas" location continues to provide OUTSTANDING services. She's very passionate about helping me to have better vision; plus she's personable, attentive and always give me her best to make sure my eyes are at their best. THANK YOU DR. I was told my contacts would take about 2 wks, it is now week 4 and I still don't have them, office doesn't even bother to call and provide an update, I need the contacts, so I wasted my time in this place, not happy at all and will not be returning to this Dr.'s office. I will probably need another eye exam so they can show me how to put on my contacts which I will have to pay for since this office already filed a claim with my insurance who only gives me one eye exam a year!! do not waste your time and money in this place.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor. Quick turn around on my new glasses. Had my frames and lenses done before I left after my exam.
