I been coming here a long time they are great fast and friendly very professional.

A few months ago I went to this clinic for an eye exam and for new glasses. I have to say it was the best eye exam I have ever The Doctor was kind and caring and made sure I understood about any concerns I had. I lost my right eye at age four due to a stick injury so I have seen a lot of Optometrists. The Doctor at this clinic on Skillman is the best. After my exam I went right next door to get my new glasses. The selection was great. Everyone was kind and courteous. I would never go anywhere for eye care.

visited the store with my sis on July 24, 2023. We both got examined by the doctor and then got our glasses in the store. I paid for mine $370.00, which included lenses and frame. My sister's insurance covered everything. Two months later my sister's glasses were broken. So we came over and replaced them for her for an additional $25.00. Last night as I was working, the left arm of my glasses felt loose. As I put my hands on them, the left arm came out in my hand. The glasses were broken. I came to the store, today to see what can be done. I explained to the gentleman who spoke with me that I've been wearing glasses for almost half a century and never my glasses gotten broken this fast. I didn't abuse the glasses in anyway, nor did I have any accident that can possibly justify the glasses breaking this fast. The only plausible explanation for me is the extremely poor quality of the glasses. I asked to speak to a manager or owner, but neither was available. I asked the gentleman to contact the owner, but he said he couldn't do it! If there was a way to give this store less than one star I would have done it.

I'm from out of town and had a contact emergency. The staff was SUPER helpful and kind and got me taken care of quickly. I wasn't there to purchase glasses but my quick look around the store had me tempted to add a new pair to my collection. Great selection of glasses to choose from!

Been coming here for over 3 yrs. No complaints. They have been very patient with me. My glasses are ready for pick up for a month. Been outta town. Finally today and pick them up. Most places would just send them back

First I never leave reviews but since many people like myself pick places based off reviews im forced to leave this one. The optometrist and staff located on the side of the building are great and pleasant. The issue I had was with the lady ( Latino or Hispanic) in the front office where you get your glasses. I watched her be rude to a family while I was waiting on the next available staff member and behold I was next and got her. She rushed my son to try on glasses( we were the only people there at this point so no need to rush)and then had the nerve to undermind my decision for my child. When I asked questions she talked over me and told me I was done. Very unprofessional. The other staff was nice and welcoming. If this office does not want to lose customers you need to either retrain her or let her go.

Trash service. Got contacts and 5 days later no call to pick up. If I can rate zero I would. Older lady with dark hair is a disgrace. Interrupting me when I had questions like she was trying to hurry up and get me out. I've informed all family and friends. Stay clear from this place!

My 6 y/o son needed glasses for the first time. We saw the optometrist literally around the corner of the building from their store then took the script for glasses to Doctor Eyecare. The glasses were ready in week. Not even two weeks had passed and my son broke his glasses. They fixed them within a couple days. Fast forward another week, one of his siblings broke the frame of his glasses. Guess what? With Brian and April's help the glasses were fixed AGAIN. Oh, and both of these repairs were done at no charge to me. Thank you, Brian and April. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. If you are in need of eyewaer, ask for either Brian or April, you'll be in great hands.
