Eagle Eye Associates, P.A. Dr. Stephanie Y Chen and Associates

Great experience here. Dr. Chen was the best. She helped me to understand my eye care needs very well. Thank you guys so much and y'all are very affordable too.

New patient; went to Dr. Chen for a medical appointment and it was a complete waste of time, money, and gas. Dr. Chen rushed through my exam almost as if she was ready to leave for the day but her office was empty. She didn't even say hello when she entered the room (which was very off-putting as a new patient). When I was trying to tell her I was having other symptoms going on with my eyes she informed she was only focusing on the redness I had developed in one eye and apparently nothing else. Prescribed me an antibiotic drop and sent me on my way....7 days later I go to my regular optometrist (who is thorough) because I'm still having issues and she informs me I have 3 different things going on with my eyes that require immediate attention. Had Dr. Chen SLOWED DOWN and properly looked at my eyes maybe she would have caught more than the superficial redness that was obvious when I walked in. I only went here because she had "good" reviews and I needed assistance on a Saturday. I know better now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES FROM THIS PRACTICE. *The front desk attendant was incredibly sweet, the one star is for her.

The associates and the doctor were extremely helpful. There was a little bit of a wait so one of the girls said go ahead and go shopping or do whatever it is you got to do and right before the doctors done with the people in front of you I will give you a phone call and she did and that worked out perfect and the doctor herself was very understanding and very thorough it was really a pleasant experience.

My entire perscription process was very rushed, not spending time to answer my questions. Ended up giving me an incorrect prescription. When I came back to get my eyes rechecked, they charged me for it. Which is kinda wild, considering it was their mistake. Then they got it incorrect again. So I ended up wasting a lot of time and money. I had to go somewhere else in order to get a correct prescription.

I have been to this location before and had a good experience but today with doctor Stephanie Y Chen was not. She was hurried during appt , she was rude and even argumentative. She suggested that my better eye was worse than my bad eye and wasuggesting more tests. I put my current glasses on and I was able to read the print fine. As a result she changed my prescription back to what it was last year and sent me on my way. Waste of time and lI will not be coming back.

Dr. Chen is very qualified and professional. You may have to wait a little while - but in my experience that seems to be quite normal. Her staff is a little on the quite side - I've been told "rude" not sure I would see it that way.

I have been calling and calling the office and leaving several voicemails and no one has bothered returning my phone call. I came in and paid you for your services, you gave me some trials to try and I called you several times to let you know the trials have not worked and that I need more strength on one eye, and your office cant call me back.

She is great, my husband came almost two years ago and was very pleased with Dr. CHEN service. He came back and this time I came with him for my eye exam. Her staff it's very friendly. Totally recommend their services.
