The staff is BEYOND awesome! I had attempted to make an appointment with another doctor but the support staff wasn't particularly interested in verifying my insurance information and was a little too flip and nebulous about the cost. My hubs suggested Envision 20/20 and I am SOOOO glad that I followed his advice. They were very tenacious about verifying my benefits and called several times to keep us abreast of their progress and let us know exactly what my visit would cost.=. Everything about the appointment was smooth as SILK! Check in was quick and my procedures began less than 10 minutes after my arrival. Dr. Alonso is highly knowledgeable and you can tell that this man TRULY loves his work. He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING and enjoyed discussing different conditions of the eye and treatments. Y'all, go to Envision 20/20!!! You're WELCOME LoL!
