Envy Eye Care

the front desk staff are the sweetest folks in the world but this place has a habit of not being transparent about charges. They do not disclose that they are adding things to your comprehensive exam that are not covered by insurance and instead of a $10 copay you're left paying $80 for an eye exam. Never in my life have I come out of pocket so much for anything vision related until I visited this office. Not only that but my vision has declined with their prescriptions. I was ill fitted for my contact lenses by this office. Not once did they acknowledge my astigmatism. I was wondering why my vision would blur throughout the days in ONE eye and why the lenses I was using had so much discomfort. I figured it was something on my part I did wrong. Then I realized that the lenses I was using in my right eye were not properly fitted. When I stated that over the phone after I used my trial pair for a few days, I was told it would be another $80 to come back for another fitting? What level of hell are we in? I've now wasted my only allocated eye exam for this year on this place I plan on never returning too. It's so unfortunate because the staff is great, very sweet, and all smiles.... but they love surprise charges and are not transparent about much of anything.

Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She truly cares about her patients and the environment they receive services in. Her staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming. I have been coming to this practice for years and will continue to do so because of the great care I receive.

Dr. Tran and her team were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns and made me feel truly heard. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!

The doctor was wonderful. They were able to get my records from the place I was before. I was a bit anxious about having to change due to insurance, but I like this doctor better and it's much closer to where I am. Great experience, really nice staff. 5 stars!!

Dr. Tran is absolutely phenomenal! Not only was she punctual, professional and personable... it was obvious that she genuinely cared and loves what she does. I can always tell when someone is passionate about their occupation. Her entire staff was amazing also. So glad that I've found Dr. Tran's office! I'll be back and highly recommend her to everyone else as well. *Also appreciated that no one asked me to write this review. It was my own desire!*

Samantha in the front was so professional and great! She helped me get my prescription sorted out and was very patient.

As always, my entire family and I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Tran and her team at Envy Eye Care for our annual eye exams. The office environment was clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The eye exams were very thorough, and everyone was very pleased with the results. Dr. Tran and her team are very knowledgeable and eager to help, so don't hesitate to ask questions or if you have any concerns.
