Horrible service. They only had 1 person working there. She was behind on my appointment had a bad attitude when you ask her questions about the location because they don't have a sign with the name of the office on the bldg like a 1st timer suppose to know they're location when they using Target address. Then she got a attitude when I told her my name so she can check me in cause they didn't have a check in board at the front. And when I told her what I came in for she told me it was $150 out of pocket when I went to another eye doctor I didn't have to pay out of pocket they used my insurance. Lastly when I asked her questions about my situation she got impatient and stated she wasn't going to argue with me like she didn't wanna hear my concerns about my eye. That lady needs to be written up for poor public communication skills or fired I'm getting tired of you owners hiring people that disrespect the public which helps your business thrive!!!@

Optometrist was very abrupt in her manners and rushed us. Insurance had not been researched and instead was done at the beginning of the appointment making it stressful- my daughter got very antsy. She chastised me for letting my daughter go without glasses. And then gave up when my daughter got tired of choosing the best view, saying-"that's the best I can do". Overall a very disappointing and stressful transaction. Unprofessional.

The process was very smooth and the Doctor was extremely attentive and thorough. My vision is pretty bad and she was very patient in aiding me so that I had the best prescription.

Please do not get your contact lenses or glasses eye exam at Essence Vision. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen and her staff member. I told the doctor and her assistant that I wanted an eye exam for contact lenses. I already had an eye exam for glasses recently so I simply needed an exam for contact lenses. She did not dilate my eyes with required eye drops as usual with a glasses exam so I assumed I was getting an exam for contact lenses only. After the exam was completed I was told that I was required to pay for an eye exam for glasses! I have insurance, and was charged $120 out of pocket. Additionally, I was asked to sign a form after the exam. Please pay for your exam ahead of the service to ensure you aren't put in a similar predicament.

This office is very professional, from the front desk to the back office. I could sense their genuineness, and they were more than willing to answer my million questions. It is a new office, but their A1 service says otherwise. I definitely recommend them. Shonna Criss

Very easy to get an appointment and check in. The place is conveniently located just outside of Target. The staff were extremely friendly and the appointment was fast!

Fast..Nice...Good Technology..Rachel & Dr. Nguye..Keep up goodwork..Grea t to have a modern experience..The location was in my area..Glad I stopped by while I was .Jacob in the eyeglass store..& any Assocoates on their team are eager to help & welcome u in.... is where the process starts.. # Recommend them

The entire staff is amazing & knowledgeable. I enjoyed my appt so much I brought back my daughter!
