Eye 2 Eye Care

This has been my eye care center for many years. Dr. Karena Greenstein is the best. Very personable, very knowledgeable, and I love how she takes her time to make sure you're getting the best possible care and the correct solution to your eyes' needs. A big two thumbs up to her and her friendly staff!

I recently went to this optometrist place and the ophthalmologist lady shes greats. She was amazing during the eye exam very knowledgeable in her field 10/10. Which is why I gave 2 stars or else it would be 0 if i could. As for the customer service portion it was horrid. The environment is not it. You will think as a receptionist customer service employee you would be helpful, endearing, and thoughtful. Let me tell you theres two receptionist that are just not it they give you an eye but don't even acknowledge you so its weird and just not it. When it came time to choose frames they always rush you for no apparent reason. Its like you're there to make sure the frames fit your face and nose but everytime you get one frame of the wall they expect you to just say yes. It's like I wouldn't even be doing all that indecisiveness if they just knew which glasses are wide or narrow. I find it baffling that someone who works at an optometrist store doesnt atleast know their inventory. Its not like they have huge selection. Lastly I just think if youre gonna overprice people to buy plastic frames or frames that are marked up 30-50$ online and double atleast pretend to care like wow.

The best eye exam I've ever received! Dr. Greenstein was thorough, asked about my prior history and took time to explain my vision. Afterwards, I walked next door to see the different glasses. I found the perfect fashion forward lenses. Thanks for the care. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience here! The staff was welcoming, the doctor Karena took time to explain everything clearly, and the whole visit felt easy and comfortable. I left feeling confident about my eye health definitely recommend!

First time here and staff was very friendly answered all questions and the Dr was the best glass I chose to come here

I tried getting my glasses adjusted here cause it's the closest eye store near me. The old man instantly says, "this aren't from here" with a nasty grimace on his face and I ask how much to get them adjusted and he says "$15". He starts closing my eyeglasses despite me telling him not to. An entirely rude experience. It was the condescending tone delivery that your employee carried, it was the fact that he seemed so bothered that I walked in. The old man just seemed to really have a desire to overpower me. Places like these that treat certain people beneath them deserve to lose business. I've had adjustments done complimentary everywhere I have gone, that's how places earn business. I was thinking of changing my eye doctor for my insurance claim every year here but I now know that I shouldn't. EDIT: if the owner claims they don't do adjustments for non clients then why were they trying to charge me 15$ to begin with; they should just say no at the front door.

Excellent experience! Dr. Greenstein was so helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciate everything about this doctor's office. There was no wait and everyone was very nice!

My mother and I have been coming to Dr. Karena for a few years now. She is such a sweet heart. It is convenient to get an appointment, and she answers all my questions every visit. Highly recommend.
