Wow! What a complete exam! More thorough and explained at every point. All five Ws answered before they could be asked. It was refreshing to have an appointment with a doctor who was not rushed. Dr. Johnson is definitely different, but in the right way. He really does genuinely care about his patients! By far and away the best eye exam I've ever had.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Saied Hashemi, an outstanding ophthalmologist, with absolute confidence and from the bottom of my heart. I visited Dr. Saeid together with my mother, and from the very beginning, what truly impressed us was the time, patience, and attention he dedicated to us. He spent approximately one and a half to two hours carefully examining both my eyes and my mother's eyes, without any rush at all. What makes Dr. Saeed truly exceptional is the way he explains everything. He doesn't just give a diagnosis -- he teaches. Like a knowledgeable and compassionate instructor, he explained our eye conditions in detail, used clear examples, and even showed images from Google to help us fully understand what was going on, what issues existed, and what treatments were needed. This level of explanation creates trust, comfort, and real understanding for the patient. On a human level, Dr. Saeid is incredibly kind, ethical, and caring. He even provided two of the medications he had available free of charge, without asking for any payment -- something you rarely see today. Even more impressive is his follow-up care: he personally checks to see whether the medications were obtained, whether they are being used correctly, and how the patient is feeling afterward. Honestly, one has to ask: Is there a better doctor than someone who gives this much time, explains everything so clearly, truly cares about the patient, and follows up personally? I highly and confidently recommend Dr. Saeed to anyone who values their eye health. He is not just a doctor -- he is a compassionate human being with deep knowledge and a true sense of responsibility. Both my mother and I feel extremely grateful and comfortable being under his care, and we are truly happy with our choice.

Visits was spectacular. They truly get you in and get you out. Doctor Boi-Dieu was amazing. She's very thorough and knowledgeable. She listens and helps you better understand what's happening especially with your diagnosis. The pre assessments were great as well. They explain everything that was taking place and they made sure to sterilize everything. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you all again for the wonderful experience.

I had a bit of a scary eye situation pop up over the last couple of days and was able to get in to see Dr. Johnson on short notice today. Dr. Johnson and Jasmine (the tech) performed some tests and took some images of my eye and were able to quickly diagnose my issue. Dr. Johnson took the time to explain everything to me and give me a plan forward, and most importantly, give me peace of mind. I highly recommend Eye and Contact Lens Associates of North Texas!
