I definitely would not go back to Mazow. First off, the office staff are very nice. No issues there. Mazow, however, was a different story. He kept talking over me and interrupting everything that I said. I finally had to forcefully tell him, "I am trying to answer but you keep talking!" Then, he kind of lightened up. I just knew from sitting there that he had absolutely no compassion and poor interpersonal skills. The entire time, I was sitting there thinking that if he was like this during our first meeting then I definitely did not want him treating me. I walked out, sat down outside of his office and searched online for another doctor. I went to my car, called the new doctor, made an appointment, called his office back and told them not to contact my insurance because I would not be returning.

DONT GO TO MARK MAZOW UNLESS ITS FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE! I had to have tearduct surgery and after the surgery more things started happening then what was taking place before the surgery. Secondly you can try to address and explain something to him about what's going on and what all your other doctors have stated regarding the issues you're still having for why your back in his office again and he will proceed to interpret and cut you off mid sentence to state "well I'm trying to explain to you" what he thinks, when I've gone to 5 different doctors for second opinions and 3 different specialist that are ALL telling me "my teary eye and sensitive to touch and light is a ocularplastic issue they focus on the outer eye" and "to go back to him." Yet he shuts down what I have to say, and won't let me get a word out and I stay leaving their facility in tears CRYING MY HEART OUT because once again I've paid money and was just brushed off and told nothings wrong and to go back to a regular "eye doctor" WHENNNNNN the cornea, dry eye disease, and the ophthalmologist specialist ALL have told me to go back to him because everything that's taking place is a plastic surgeon speciality. So if you want more problems with your eye after surgery then what you started with and you're okay with being handle and talked to rude and cut off mid conversation when addressing your concerns like you arent the one that spent 2500 dollars on a surgery. 2500 dollars plus that the insurance paid is down the damn drain!!!!!!! Lesson learned!

I am a patient of Dr Mazow. He is intelligent, articulate, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain procedures. His office staff is friendly and helpful. After surgery, he does a great job of following up. Dr Mazow makes sure you're healing well. His office is clean and organized. It has great atmosphere. I had eye surgery recently. I don't know yet, if it was a success. I sure hope so, because I went through a lot, and had mini- procedures done as well.

Pretty difficult traffic getting to the hospital. Parking good, but we just parked in the wrong place. The hospital is very nice and clean. Dr. Masow's office staff is awesome. The receptionist handled my registering with ease. She was pleasant. The nurse also treated me very well - very professional. She made me feel comfortable. I knew my procedure was going to be very painful at the start. Dr. Masow is awesome. He explained everything, and was very prepared for me. I appreciate the whole experience.

Dr Mark Mazow was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the surgery that I need in great detail and I have the utmost faith that I could not have a better doctor performing the surgery. And I appreciate his confident, respectful and caring personality.

Do not trust this dr. For eye lid surgery. I can't close my eyes so now I have extremely dry eyes. My face looks distorted. Because one eye looks different from the other. Iet him talk me into the second surgery. Big mistake. It is worse now, a year later, do not let this doctor touch your eyes. Pain and discomfort as a result.

I could not be happier with the results from my surgery with Dr. Mazow. The lid on my left eye drooped slightly and was very unsightly in photos and videos, which I often have to do for my business. I had surgery on both eyes to create a more even symmetrical appearance. What a difference this surgery made! Dr. Mazow was very thorough and informative during my consultations. He was also direct and to the point, and made me aware of the risks and the estimated time for recovery. His staff was helpful and accommodating. He was very easy to reach and responded promptly over the weekend the day following my surgery when I had a concern about what I thought might be excess bleeding. He assured me it was normal, and in fact it cleared up the next day in the timeline he gave me. His prompt response and assurance was very comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Mazow. He and his staff are very efficient with scheduling and getting patients in and out of appointments in a timely manner. My overall experience was very positive as was the result of my surgery.
