Eyes Over DFW

Omg!!! This is the best place ever! Tyler made her comfortable. He worked extremely well with her, and I can tell he loves children. Dr K. came in after, and she was so sweet and soft spoken. She made the exam like a game for my daughter. I was so moved because they were a perfect staff. From the front desk to the doctor! James O. was extremely kind as well!! I didn't know my daughter's vision was that bad. I highly recommend this place and I will now come here for myself. America's Best was a horrible experience for her and Eyes Over DFW took that fear away! 5 STARS!

Saw Dr Abraham, she was an absolute delight. Took really great care of my eyes, was very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. The techs and staff are personable and kind. Everyone knows what they're doing!

Dr. Jacobs is very thorough and personable. His assistant that performed the preliminary testing was also very nice and professional. Also, the front office employee Nancy was courteous and answered all of my questions. They also honored my vision insurance and my total costs were affordable.

Had a great experience at Dr. Jacobs' office today. Doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't remember if I've ever had the doctor weigh in on the frame selection, so that was a pleasant surprise. In case it matters to you, I'll mention that I didn't walk out with prescriptions in hand, but I paid a very reasonable price. I can hardly wait to get my new glasses!

I decided to try Dr. Jacobs based on the reviews I had seen and I'm glad I did! He was VERY thorough and took his time with me. The tech that did my pre-tests and the front office clerk were VERY nice and made me feel welcomed. They explained everything they were doing and even though my exam turned out to be a little more than a regular eye exam, Dr. Jacobs was wonderful and took the extra steps and tests to make sure there was nothing we needed to worry about. He also weighed in when I was picking out frames. Will def be back!!!

This is my second year going back, Dr. Jacobs is always very thorough in the eye examination. He shows that he does care about my vision. Nancy is very nice and always helps me pick out the perfect frame for my glasses. This year I also did contact lens, which I love.

I moved to Texas 3 years ago and found Dr. Jacobs through a recommendation on the NextDoor App. Before that I had used the same eye doctor for over ten years so I was expecting good thing s. Dr. Jacobs is great and his staff is kind and helpful. He introduced me to a new contact that has changed my life! He is also personable and we have great conversations while I am in his office. He seems to really care about connecting with his patients while helping them with their eye needs. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.
