Eyes Over DFW at Oak Cliff

This was my first visit with Eyes Over DFW and it was something exciting. First I walked in and by appointment before I could speak greeted me by my last name. I was impressed!! Proceeded with short paperwork of the get to know. I was immediately taken to the back for the first 2 test. Then the best part a vertical headset that scans your eyes and does an eye exam it's self to see the different view of what you are seeing. So cool I was shocked. Coming from the old eye exams to this new way of things I loved the full experience. The vision doctor I seen was able to break down all them exams and give me the feedback I need to understand what strain and stress my eyes has been enduring. I was given options and came up with the best solution for me. I love the fact I was able to pick out some very nice classy frames that were covered by my vision insurance. Overall I would recommend that anyone from elderly to younger people try this office out it was the best experience I have had.

These people are amazing...Walked out with 2 pairs of glasses that were amazing. The fact that my prescription was just Perfect and glasses comfortable and the Crew is the best ive experienced at an eye clinic made everything worth my time. Which is very valuable...

I do not recommend this optometry clinic. Communication has been extremely poor. Every time I call and leave a voicemail, I do not receive a callback. I have also texted the number provided and still received no response. Despite attempting multiple times to cancel a scheduled appointment, no one has contacted me back, yet I continue to receive automated reminder messages. During my last visit, my glasses prescription was incorrect. I advised the staff upon arrival that I could not see clearly out of the new glasses. I was told to "wear them for two weeks so my eyes could adjust." I explained that I have worn glasses my entire life and that the prescription did not feel accurate. My eyes were never re-checked while wearing the glasses, which I have never experienced at any other optometry office. I spent over $600 on glasses and waited more than a month to receive them, only for the prescription to be wrong. Additionally, the staff member assisting me with purchasing glasses repeatedly pushed upgrades that I did not want. Those upgrades were ultimately included in my order without clear explanation, which is why the total cost was so high. I was simply told, "That's just how much they are." My contact lens prescription was also incorrect. When I called to request my updated prescription so I could order contacts independently, I never received it. The "updated" glasses prescription I was later provided was actually the same incorrect prescription as before. While the staff is polite in person, the follow-through, accuracy, and overall management at this location have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic or its doctors.

I just had the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor's office. It was super easy to schedule a next-day appointment online. The office was clean and modern, and all the staff were extremely friendly. My visit ran smoothly and quickly, and I was impressed by how efficient everyone was. I got to try out a brand new dry eye analysis machine, which I had never heard of before. I found out my eyes need dry eye treatment, which I got all the details about. I was able to get approved for Care Credit in 2 minutes, which will pay for the treatments AND the new glasses I picked out! (I was actually planning on getting new glasses somewhere else, but the ones I found here were so cute I couldn't resist.) Overall I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Eyes Over DFW for anyone needing care for their eyes. I learned so much and am very thankful they were so thorough.

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. They carry a great selection of name-brand frames, and I was impressed by how stylish and high-quality everything looked. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly. I walked out feeling confident in both my vision and my new look. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for expert care and top-tier frames!

Ms Tee is so amazing delightfully and great spirit i also want to mention a few others who from my first vist made me feel so comfortable an at ease with my visit here that i don't want to go anywhere else for my eye care there's Dr Michelle , Ms. Ashley, Mr Marquis and Dr. Obana if you looking for a place with great quality service and friendly knowledgeable people here is your place come by and check them out you will love it just like i do
