I've been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Nguyen for about 3 years now.... Dr. Nguyen identified a problem that could have evolved into glaucoma... and another that could have resulted in a detached retina. She immediately went into action and got me in at specialist the next business day. Plus.... The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, and welcoming.

Everyone here is so nice! This is the first optometrist I ever went to back in 2017. I ended up moving out of state for a few years and just recently came back to Dallas. I chose EveVenue again after all these years because of the wonderful customer service they offer. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable on what they're doing and make you feel comfortable and confident in what they're saying. Today I was able to get a new prescription and lenses in my frames within 45 minutes. If you're looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable optometrist in DFW, this is the spot!

Everyone has been wonderful here for the last two years I've been a patient, and they're also very well run. They're also extremely thorough and proactive.

This place is a Godsend! Staff are super friendly and professional, but Dr. Nguyen is the absolute best! Always listens to you and your concerns. Never tries to rush you out or try to speed through an exam. You will get a top-notch optometrist without the exorbitant pricing. But my absolute favorite thing about this office is their amazing communication! Who else texts you your new prescription before you even walk out the door? You can also text their number, and they're very responsive! I texted the office 5 minutes before closing, and they still helped me order new contacts and had them shipped to me. All over text at closing time! I mean who else does that?! If you're in the market for a new optometrist, this place will always be my #1 recommendation!

Can't say enough good about Eye Venue! My husband and I have moved further away and still make the trip down the Greenville because we feel so taken care of every time. Their customer service goes over and above, never a wait, they really care about you and everyone is so kind!!!
