First Eye Care

Dr. Burton is an excellent physician and one of the main reasons I continue coming to this office. However, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks due to ongoing inflammation, and the front desk has not answered the phone or returned any of my voicemails. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially when a patient is dealing with a medical concern. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

Doctor Thomas is the best when no one knew my eye condition he spotted what was wrong on the first visit and start treating me And has been a great Doctor to me. They're very nice, kind And always an good spirit.

I am currently in the process of finding a new eye doctor Dr.Burton is great. Trying to schedule an appointment is TRAGICALLY NOT PRODUCTIVE AT ALL. Calling and leaving messages is so UNPROFESSIONAL! Then when you do walk in it's like going in where you're not wanted

I have been going to Dr. Burton for years and his service and care is impeccable. The customer service is another story. What happened to the staff from 9 yrs ago, this new staff is slow and unprofessional. I don't want anyone to lose their jobs but do your job duties. I have been waiting on my new glasses for almost 2 weeks Thursday. This is not normal. I have called and no one answers.

I needed my Mother to be seen by a real pro and caring doctor because she deserves the best. After watching Dr. Thomas work with her, I was very pleased with him and his staff's services. It was a breath of joy to see someone who knows his work, and who made sure his patient was ready & set for the proper eyewear.Thank you for extraordinary service Dr. Craig Thomas. Keron Myles

My grandmother had an appointment no one followed up with her to confirm if the insurance was accepted, she arrived to her appointment the reciponst advised the insurance was not accepted, a waste of her time when a follow up call could've been made also adding no one answers the phone.

I have been a patient with First Eyecare around 20 years. I so love Dr Craig Thomas. Such a caring , patient and funny person. He's always taken time with me and answers all of my questions. He's gone get cha straight. The staff has always greeted me with a smile. Never had any problems. I'm hooked.

eye doctor is great. But the front desk is another story. They are rude, uncaring, and mean. I needed to reset an appointment, and the person put the phone down. Came back, ask for my info, put the phone down. I heard her talking to some people. Finally came back to the phone. I asked again to reset my appointment. They put the phone down. Came back again and set the new date. Never have I been through all that with a doctor's office. She acted uncaring, didn't say have a good day. Just had an absolute blah attitude. Then they blocked insurance from being able to get eyeglasses somewhere else. Tried to call to undo the block, no one answers. NEVER GOING BACK. I found another eye doctor whose office staff is professional and gets you an appointment right away.
