It was surprisingly a pleasant visit. All the process was smooth, fast and more importantly the technician (I wish I asked her name) there was skillful and friendly. In addition, I was skeptical about seeing a doctor remotely due to a previous experience. However, the technology in the office is so advanced (IMO) and it was like seeing a doctor personally. In conclusion, the best doctor visit ever.

It's the first time I have tried this optical clinic and the last since I had a very bad experience not in terms of the treatment of the girls who placed my order, but of the product delivered. I brought a new pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses, leaving them in good condition, working at 100% and when I picked them up they no longer worked, the case no longer charges and the lenses do not connect to my son's device (cell), he says they are connected to another. And what they told me is that I have to take them to the Ray Ban store to have them checked. And the truth is I was very disappointed in the safety of the product. Check and think before leaving a product with them. They did not want to take responsibility for the situation. I feel like they replaced my glasses with damaged ones. Sad situation.
